Wow....what a great vacation in Delray.The Beach House is SO close to the Beach and having the Beach Passes that the owner provided was ideal (1 Umbrella and 4 Beach Chairs). We were a family of 7 adults and 2 babies so this was such a great convenience for us. In addition, the owner provided Beach Carts to bring your Beach Necessities to and fro"IF IN IT OUT"........you will NOT be disappointed

We had 6 adults and 4 little ones ages 6 and under. Basic things like laundry detergent, shampoos, blow dryer, magnifying mirror, Keurig coffee maker and a regular coffee maker were all there for us which was wonderful. The children loved walking to the beach in the morning and then coming home for lunch and nap/pool time. Plenty of restaurants were within walking distance. Some games for the kids were also provided. We all raved about the property and couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you, Jodi and Josh!!

What a beautiful, well taken care of property!The set up worked great for my family, teenage daughter and friends. Home is furnished very nicely with luxury amenities. Owner, Jodi, has thought of all the details which make a stay easy, nice towels, cozy sheets, stocked kitchen, extra toiletries., portable speakers. . Beds & furniture were also very comfortable and everything looks new! Entire home was spotless.The pool area is well appointed with comfortable loungers, table for eating, plenty of seating and a nice grill. Beautiful flowers and plants surround the property and make it a nice relaxing, private space. The front of the house also has a pretty patio with Adirondack loungers and tables. We enjoyed coffee there every morning & it was a perfect spot for my husband to work on his laptop early mornings.The cottage is adorable too, very cute and comfortable, perfect for older teens, grandparents who want their own space.Located in a very safe, clean neighborhood, close to countless restaurants, shops & beach. Walk to everything! The bikes are a nice plus but we didn't use because we were so close to everything!Jodi was a pleasure to deal with, always communicated promptly, efficiently and kindly. We hope to return again soon!

I can’t say enough to describe the house and experience we had. The house was beautiful. Newly updated and the yard is its own oasis. It was great having the guest house. Everyone had their own space. I would definitely come here again as we also love the location. A block from the beach and walking distance to shops and dining.

Jeff G.What a perfect place to stay in Delray!
We typically visit Delray Beach 2-3 times per year and have stayed at several different locations. I have to say we will never look anywhere else after our stay at "The Beach House". The location is spectacular! Super easy walking distance to the the beach, and there are several restaurants and shops near by as well. As for the house, or should I say houses, the lay out worked perfectly for our family of 7. We stayed in the main house master which even had a Sleep Number bed! The guest house worked out perfectly for our son and his family which included our 2 year old grandson. It could not of been laid out more perfectly to accommodate our crew. Both houses were stocked with more than enough of everything for cooking, entertaining, and plenty of towels for a day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, VIP beach service through Oceanside is included which sets you up for chairs, table, and umbrella so there was no need to lug all of that to the beach which was a major plus! Jodi even had a locker with a beach cart and toys for the little one which was awesome. Anyhow, I could go on and on, we had the best time at Jodi's Beach House. It's not even a question that we will return, the only sad part is that it can't come soon enough!
