Enjoy spectacular sunsets and wildlife views from our 4th fl ocean front condo

Relax on the beach, or on your own private lanai and watch the dolphins play and the manatees float by. Gaze in amazement as the majestic pelicans dive for their dinner. Fish right from the beach or from our community fishing pier on the bay. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this condo is exceptional and unique in that it offers direct access to both the beach and the bay. It boasts a brand new beautiful and heated beachside pool (to be completed summer of 2025). Across the street the bayside amenities include community boat docks and fishing pier.

Our condo was just completely renovated and everything is brand new. It is beautifully decorated and features a full kitchen with everything you need to cook a simple breakfast or a gourmet meal. Cooking not your thing...not to worry, there are plenty of delightful restaurants located nearby. The kitchen and dining/living room all overlook the gulf. Our living room includes a leather couch with recliners on both ends, and a very comfortable leather club chair, a wall mounted 75" large screen TV and some board games. The bedroom features a king size bed and wall mounted television. Our condo also features a full size washer and dryer right in the unit, and an assigned parking spot directly in front of elevators.

If there was anything positive to come out of the pandemic, it is that many of us now realize that we can be just as efficient working remotely. Our condo is equipped with high speed internet, so come for an amazing vacation or come and work from paradise. One thing is for sure.....you will definitely want to come back.

Area Information

Bonita Beach is a tropical paradise located between Naples and Fort Myers Beach. Our condo is direct gulf front and is located almost at the tip of Big Hickory Island so it is quiet and off the beaten path. It is also conveniently located about 35 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport. Rainy day? No worries. There are shopping malls, outlets, movie theaters and both fine and casual dining all a short drive from the condo. Think Florida is for the winter? Think again. What better place to spend the summer, or any season, than on the Beach!!
