Wonderful Relaxing Beach Vacation Rental

This is the second time that our family stayed at this condo. We had another wonderful vacation! It worked out perfect for our family of four. Having an actual bedroom for our boys was very convenient instead of some of the units which have bunk beds. The unit was conveniently located right outside the elevator so it made trips up and down easy. The three elevators worked quickly as well and once in the unit, you couldn't hear them. The waterfall show heads had great water pressure and got nice and hot. There are two pools, one across the street and one right next to the beach. The beach is nice and the included chair rental made it so easy to have a beach day without having to lug so much stuff up and down. I would recommend making your beach chair reservation on the first day there to get a better location. The kitchen is fully stocked so we were able to cook in the unit and save money. The unit was very clean and well kept. We liked that this condo unit is located on the quieter side of town since we were vacationing with a 5 & 8 year old and not into the party scene. William, the owner, is great to work with. He responds quickly and was able to answer any questions we had before arrival. We didn't have any problems once at the condo so we only needed to connect with him at check in and check out. Our deposit was already refunded two days later. If you want a relaxing vacation right on the beach with pools and a great room, you should book here! We would enjoy vacationing here in the future and would definitely re-book with William.

Relaxing stay and best customer service

William was so accommodating and responsive. I’ve stayed at the Celadon for many years and William has become our favorite to rent from. The condo was tastefully decorated and CLEAN! William had our parking pass ready to go prior to arrival. The beach service was highly appreciated. No carrying chairs down or having to wash them off before coming back up. That’s an amenity that is super important for us. We cannot wait to come back. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great stay!

We loved our stay here the first week of June. The unit was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The view was wonderful. The elevator is right outside the unit like others mentioned but we didn't have any issues with that. Our daughter loved the kids room. The elevators also were very quick. It was so nice having the umbrella and chairs included and nice to have chairs in the closet as well for use. We didn't have to bring ours from home knowing they were there. William was great to work with and answered any and all my questions. First time we have ever stayed at Celadon Beach and would definitely recommend and stay at William's place again. Wonderful Oceanfront Condo in Panema City Beach

Our family of four stayed in this condo. We were so happy with our rental for the week.The condo provided plenty of room for us to be comfortable and have our own space. Our boys who were 4 & 7, enjoyed staying in the smaller room with the trundle bed. It was much nicer than some of the units with bunks in the hallway bc they could go to bed early.We stayed in the larger room. The bedroom slider door opens up to the balcony and provides an amazing view. The bathroom was nice and clean. The waterfall shower head and water pressure were awesome.Having the full kitchen was nice bc we saved a lot of money being able to make our own meals. We were thankful for a very clean and fully stocked unit.The beach has wonderful white sand and has easy access. This unit is located right outside the elevator. We were a little nervous if it would be noisy but it wasn’t any different than people walking by in the hallway. We found the elevators right outside the door to be very convenient, especially when we were bringing all our boys beach stuff down.The large balcony was so relaxing to sit and watch the sunset and the waves. It was an excellent view. Our boys enjoyed swimming in both the beach pool and pool house pool.This unit had beach chair rental service included. We ran into a problem with the chair rental company, which was no fault of the owners. I called William at 9 in the morning on Easter Day to ask about this. He immediately called the chair rental company and contacted me back and had the problem resolved in less than 5 minutes on a holiday. It was the chair company’s fault for being disorganized at the beginning of the season and I wouldn’t expect this to be a problem in the future. We didn’t have any other problems that needed to be addressed during our stay but if we did, I’m sure he would be prompt at addressing them.William was very quick the answer any questions before our stay. He was a great communicator and also provided recommendations of things to do in the area. He quickly returned our deposit a few days after checkout.Our biggest draw to this condo was that it was on the family side of town. This unit is the last high rise building before turning into a residential area. This was so nice and quiet compared to other areas. Our boys are already talking about wanting to go back. We hope to return to PCB in the future and if we do we would definitely stay in this unit again. I highly recommend the unit and the owner.

AMAZING STAY!

Everything about this condo was perfect-from the setup, to the furniture, the location on the beach, as well as the proximity to the elevator. The kitchen was well stocked and the showers were upgraded! We loved everything about this condo-the owner was so prompt-even with our last minute booking. The pools were wonderful and we were even able to swim on the chilly days. We enjoyed our stay and all the amenities.

Great Vacation

Thank you for a wonderful vacation. The condo is beautiful, the amenities are great. Nothing can beat the views. This condo was perfect for my husband and me. It is so clean and bright and cheery. We had to reschedule our vacation because of an illness and William was so kind and accommodating with us. We could not have dealt with a better owner. Thank you, We hope to come back, possibly in November/December.

Wonderful Gulf Views

Unit is nicely updated. Good mattress on the king bed. The balcony is quite large, and we saw rays and dolphins from it. William was very responsive to questions. As shown in the pictures, the kids' room is quite small and does not have a closet. The 3 elevators are right outside the unit's front door, but we did not find that to be an issue. The elevators were fast, and we never had to wait long for one to arrive. We would gladly rent this unit again.

Wonderful host and condo!

My family of four stayed here this month for our vacation and we absolutely loved it. Plenty of room, well equipped with everything you would need, clean, comfortable beds, and perfect location. I loved that the second bedroom had a day bed with the pull out so I didn't have to worry about my toddler falling out of the bed or having to pack a play pen. The host William was more then accommodating and very responsive and friendly. Could not have asked for a better host! We have been going to PCB for years now and this is our favorite location! My family will definitely be back! Thank you for having us!

Excellent Condo

This is are 3rd time staying. It is an excellent location and the owner is extremely nice. The condo is clean and kitchen is fully equipped. The view is spectacular. We got a lot of beautiful sunsets. We love staying there and will stay there again when we go back.

Full Comfort, Clean, Crazy-Great Views

This condo had everything we could want, with wondrous skies, surf, sand and sun on protected deck or through huge wall of windows. . Beds were very comfortable, kitchen worked well for the week that we were a group of four. Elevators were quick, hot tub was hot, and one pool just right for swimming. Owner W. was most agreeable and easy to work with. WE could not have been happier. Thanks W. for making our stay so pleasant.

Excellent place

This is our second time to stay in condo. William (owner) excellent to work with. William had sent me an email to let us know that he had remodeled the condo. The changes they made were immaculate. The color schemes made it so cheerful. I love the location of the condo beach not crowed plus out of all the congestion of the work going on in Panama City. William takes care of everything even the parking pass and he also checks to make sure everything is ok with condo.. It is well equipped with everything that you need for your stay. I love that it furnishes two beach chairs with umbrella. I will definitely stay here every time I go to Panama City. I cannot say enough about how excellent William is to work with. This is the best place hands down. Thank you William you are the best!!!

Perfect Vacation Retreat!

I had some trepidation using floridarentals as I've only used and AirBnB in the past, but it turned out to be an excellent alternative since William was very communicative and responsive throughout. When we arrived, the condo was immaculate -- the photos don't convey how clean and thoughtfully decorated the place is. The master bedroom was a peaceful retreat and the bed was very comfortable. There is also an additional smaller bedroom suitable for kids.The view from the balcony is gorgeous and looks out over the beach rather than a pool like so many buildings. We had our daily coffee out there and watched the waves and even spotted some dolphins. The condo, in addition to being beautiful, had a well-stocked kitchen if you plan on cooking.We normally stay on 30A, which is less crowded than Panama City Beach, but Celadon was the last high-rise in the area, so we were able to walk a short ways and find a very quiet spot. If you prefer a quieter vacation as we do, I'd recommend driving west to find groceries and meals, as the east section of Panama City Beach was very congested. We had some excellent meals at Restaurant Paradis and La Crema in Rosemary Beach and great brisket at Back Beach BBQ.I am already trying to figure out how to return! I highly recommend this owner. He answered every question I had and checked in with us to be sure we had what we needed.The condo was beautiful and well stocked. I cannot think of one thing he missed. I was pleasantly surprised he had extra paper towels and tissue for the bathroom We have been visiting PCB since the seventies and this was one of the nicer condos.I hope to be a regular if he has an opening. Owner is wonderful to work with!!

First of all, I was unable to stay the week that I had booked so this review will not reflect the condo itself but with the owner.My teenage son told me three weeks before we were to leave on vacation, that he had football camp during the week we had booked (that's a story for another time...lol). It wasn't a mandatory camp but I knew he still wanted to go with it being his senior year. Plus my son's friend who had planned on going to vacation with us, had elected to go to the football camp.In desperation, I contacted William and asked if he could possibly re-post the condo to see if anyone else may want to rent it. If no one wanted it, I would still take the week. William immediately responded and said he understood and would re-post to see if anyone else was interested. William was able to find another renter and he provided us with a full refund.William went above and beyond and was amazing to work with. I hope next year to actually stay at the condo.

Vacation with beautiful view

This condo is so vibrant and clean. Newly Decorated in blues and white which just makes u happy. No carpets all vinyl flooring or ceramic tile. It has everything u need for a perfect vacation. The view of the gulf is amazing as u sit on very comfortable furniture on the balcony. The beach is wonderful and condo is very close to pier park. The people we rented from are so nice and easy to work with. They checked up on us to make sure everything was clean and comfy. Would rent it again and hope to soon. A fantastic experience.

Perfect for our sistercation!

My sister and I have rented this place several times. It’s perfect for what we want. Quiet with beautiful scenery. The only downside is I would recommend updating the master bedroom bed, the mattress doesn’t fit the frame, and the bathroom needs updating. The condo is well stocked and we bring our own beach chairs to sit down in the water. We love this place and will be back next year. The owner is new this year and he is very responsive to any questions we had. I was sad to hear the old owner had sold this condo, but I was lucky to find it listed with the new owner. The kids room has a daybed that we use to put our suitcases on. It’s a cozy unit perfect for two people.

This condo is in an excellent location. It is very nice great view from the balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes,pots,and skillets. Clean, excellent place to stay

The location is amazing...away from all the hustle and bustle! The condo was nice and clean. It is a great family-friendly condo. Typically, when we stay in a condo the pots and pans are useless, but I was actually pleasantly surprised at the ones in this condo. We will def be back!

Fantastic condo, great view, could ask for nothing more!

This condo exceeded our expectations tremendously. The master was ocean front with access to the patio where we spent evenings watching storms roll in and mornings watching dolphins play. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything imaginable, and extra blankets, sheets and towels available. A huge perk was the 2 complimentary beach cabana chairs where we relaxed during the day and had shade from full sun. There were sand toys, boogie boards and beach chairs also available in the closets. Saved us time and money from purchasing extras. I would come back in a heartbeat. Extra points for the owner being so readily available my email.
