No worries about getting a parking spot at the beach, you are living right on it and you will enjoy undercover parking. Watch the dolphins play and the manatees float by from your top floor private lanai. Enjoy beautiful sunsets right on the beach or from your lanai.

Our condo features a king size bed and ceiling fan in the bedroom, an updated bathroom with shower, an open and well-appointed kitchen with an unobstructed view of the gulf. Our kitchen is very well equipped with beautiful cabinets and quartz countertop, coffee maker, stainless steel refrigerator, built-in cabinet microwave oven and glass top stove and oven. Brand new Calphalon cookware, crock pot, beautiful dishes and everything you could want or need to prepare a simple breakfast or a gourmet meal. Cooking not your thing….plenty of delightful restaurants located nearby. The living room, also overlooking the gulf, features a ceiling fan, a wall mounted large screen TV, a DVD player with some movie selections, a pull-out couch and a comfy chair with ottoman. You will also enjoy your own private, in unit, Bosch washer and dryer.

If there was any positive to come out of the pandemic it is that many of us now realize that we can be just as efficient working remotely. Our Condo is equipped with high speed internet so come for an amazing vacation or come and work from paradise. One thing is for sure, you will definitely want to come back.

NOTE: THE POOL AND THE LANDSCAPING WERE DESTROYED IN HURRICANE IAN AND HAVE NOT YET BEEN RESTORED. THE ASSOCIATION IS IN THE PROCESS OF RESTORING THEM. HOWEVER, THE BEACH HAS BEEN RENOURISHED AND IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!

Area Information

Bonita beach is a tropical paradise located between Naples and Fort Myers Beach. Our condo is direct gulf front and located almost at the tip of Little Hickory Island so it is quiet and off the beaten path. It is also conveniently located about 35 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport. Rainy day, no worries, there are shopping malls, outlets, movie theaters and both fine and casual dining all a short drive from the condo. Think Florida is for the winter...think again. What better place to spend the summer, or any season, than on the Beach!!
