Less than 5 minutes to Rick Seltzer Beach Park, Tootsie's Orchid Lounge (opening March 2026) with great music, Deck Hand Social Restaurant, Finns Island Style Grub + Finns Barista Bar, St Andrews State Park, mini golf, go carts, Brick & Barley Pizza, Buster's Beer and Bait, Publix, Walmart.... GREAT location without all the traffic from Front Beach Road!

Located on the east end of the beach, off Thomas Drive. Max occupency 8 adults, 10 total, including infants. Extra per person fee each guest over six.

I HIGHLY recommend Rick Seltzer Public Beach Park with parking, bathrooms and lifeguards - a short 1/2 mile drive. Panama City Beach private home where you can enjoy your vacation and still be close Public Beach Access to the Gulf, Rick Seltzer Beach Park, St Andrews State Park, restaurants, golf, mini-golf, marinas and other fun activities. .

Large Front and side yard for guests – paver patio with charcoal grill, picnic table and chairs! We live close by if there is anything you need.

We are located on South Lagoon Drive, about 2 miles to St Andrews State Park, and Schooners Restaurant. We are close to restaurants, miniature golf, go carts, fishing, boating and more. Super Walmart and several grocery stores are within 3-5 miles of our complex.

There are 4 golf courses within 10 miles, including the Jack Nicklaus Legends Course at Bay Point. Pier Park, an outdoor shopping center with multiple department stores, specialty stores such as Ron Jon Surf Shop and the Nike store, restaurants such as Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville within a 15-20 minute drive. If you like fishing, the marina is 5 minutes away and offers different charter services.
