When Janet owned the unit, however, she had five star ratings! We look forward to owning this condo for many years to come and will do everything in our power to make your beach vacation the best ever! You are going to love this newly renovated, luxury 2 bedroom condominium (1 King & 1 Queen) at Shores of Panama. It also has a bunk room with a privacy door and it’s own half bath so the unit can sleep up to 8 people. Our family manages this unit ourselves, as the owners, not as a realtor, etc. This is our only condo so it is kept well maintained and clean. It has such a beautiful view of the impressive pool area and the Gulf of Mexico from your 16th floor balcony. The landscaping and exterior detail of this multi-million dollar complex is absolutely breathtaking.
The kitchen boasts all new stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. It also has granite countertops, new cabinets and flooring with every cooking pan and utensil you could possibly need. The bathrooms boast new cabinets with under-counter drawers for your personal supplies and shower doors installed. New wood floors have been installed throughout, except in the bathrooms, which have tile. Hair dryers are provided in all bathrooms for your convenience.
This unit is beautifully decorated! The living room has 2 full sized sofas, one of which is a sleeper, a 65” SMART TV and a DVD/VCR. The master bedroom has a new king size bedroom set with 50” LED TV and its own private bath. The second bedroom also has a full bath attached, a queen size bed and a 40” SMART TV. The unit has a bunk area with door for privacy, and a half bath. Direct TV and wireless internet are both available to you in the unit at no cost.
The oceanfront balcony boasts a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the dolphins play each morning while you enjoy your coffee on the balcony. In the evenings, share a cocktail with your significant other and experience some of the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see.

Reserved parking for your unit is on the 8th floor, just a few steps away from the elevator. About the owner: Our family lives in Edmond, Oklahoma and we absolutely love the beach :) We recently purchased this beautiful condo and will spend a lot of time there when it is not rented out. This condo is completely updated with very nice furniture, bedding and linens. It is stocked with anything you might need for a week at the beach! We are managing the condo ourselves so you will be communicating directly with us every step of the way and we will be here to make sure you have a wonderful stay in Panama City Beach!
Why this property? This property has an incredible ocean view from the living room balcony and the primary bedroom. It is also beautifully decorated and furnished so you will feel right at home while you are on your beach vacation! The Shores of Panama is a phenomenal property with every amenity you can think of and a resort, lagoon style pool with hot tub to spend your days at when you are not relaxing beach-side.

Lovely Condo with Incredible View
We loved our extended stay in this tastefully decorated condo. We missed a dining table, but the overall layout makes optimal use of space. Both bedrooms are a good size, each with a bathroom. The bunk room is cute and would’ve been perfect for grandchildren, had they been able to visit. As it was, we used it for storage and its bathroom was convenient. The view is stunning of the pool area and glistening ocean with spectacular sunsets. The beach is impressively maintained and appreciated. The outdoor pool is beautiful, but unheated, so it was mostly empty throughout our stay, which seemed a shame. There is an indoor pool. Ashley was lovely to deal with. We recommend!
