Overall, our family had a great time!! The condo's location was excellent! Without having to deal with elevators, right on the beach, and on the second floor with a beach view. Unit was beautifully decorated!!! I would definitely come back!!

Stayed for 5 days over Spring Break with 4 teens and 2 adults. Our only issue was the bathroom space. They were kind of small for that many people, but it was fine. Kitchen is well stocked. Location was good, not much traffic to deal with. It was nice not having to wait on the elevator every time we went somewhere.

This is a perfect condo for a family. The unit itself is clean and very well equipped. It truly feel like you are staying at the home of a friend. The second floor location offers easy access to the beach and all of the amenities the resort has to offer. The heated pool was a big part of our cooler days as our grandchildren spent hour in there. Regency Towers is an older building and I had some reservations about booking there but I can confidently say that this was our best experience in over 30 plus years of coming to the Panama City Beach area.

This condo was amazing, we felt at home staying here! Decorated great and very roomy, there wasn’t anything we needed for our stay it is very well stocked. The owner Christi is amazing and very helpful with any questions or concerns. We stayed for 2 1/2 weeks, from the 18th of June thru the 6th of July, we would’ve stayed longer but we had to get back home. The second floor makes it even better, the stairs are right beside the room so no wait on elevators ever. A beautiful view of the beach and ocean out of living room. We will be back, thank you so much Christi for your hospitality!

This is a great condo in a perfect location for easy beach access. No elevators needed to get to the sand! Just one flight of stairs and your on your way. Being on the end of the complex, it was not very crowded (if you want to avoid the crowds). You don't even have to walk through the pool area. The condo was super clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive.Perfect getaway for our Labor Day weekend.

Christy’s property was clean, convenient , and a few steps from the beach. I loved the balcony and all bedrooms were a nice size. The washer/dryer was a plus to have. Both pools on the property were lovely, not to mention there was a bar/mini restaurant at the pool area. Christy’s check in/check out instructions were easy to follow. Christy was easy to reach when I needed her! Will definitely be booking with her in the near future.
