Cancellations:
Full refunds are given for cancellations submitted in writing 90 days or more prior to the first scheduled occupancy date. Cancellation requests are to be sent to Owner at billwalsh48@
Cancellations received within 90 days of the first scheduled occupancy date will result in forfeiture of the deposits made to date unless Owner can book a replacement for the rental period. If Owner is successful at re-booking the property for the term of the agreement, the Owner will refund the full deposit money to you within 30 days of the new booking date.

Ken and C.Perfect Place to Stay!
We are return guests to this lovely Essex Condo unit because the owners are so great to work with, the location is perfect for us, and we enjoy the friends we have made in the area! We really like being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and a theater! Publix grocery store, Walgreens, and Dollar Tree are a quick 2 mile drive away. The condo itself has recently been remodeled to include beautiful tile floors and walk-in showers, deluxe appliances, master closet organizers, and many extras. We appreciate the covered parking and the storage unit stocked with beach chairs, a wagon, and useful items. The hosts, Bill and Margaret, are very helpful with information and attentive to any needs. This is THE place you'll want to stay!!

Our stay on Marco Island was so great. Margaret was so pleasant to work with. She provided a list of so many restaurants to try out. We joined the FB grp for Marco Island and learned a lot as well, but really didn't need to with her list. This was in walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants. The wagon , beach chairs and beach towels were so nice to have. The pool was warm and we enjoyed that daily. The condo had everything you could ask for, the kitchen had spices and coffee, etc., the bathrooms had shampoo, cream rinse, soap, there was laundry soap, et. Everything you could ask for :). We would love to visit again, but we have a dog and want to take her along with the next time we visit.

Keri S.Relaxing Marco Island Getaway - Absolute Must
This was our first time visiting Marco Island and staying at the Essex. We were more than pleased with this condo. The condo is exactly as described online and very clean. It is only a short walk to the beach and included all the necessities such as beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and beach cart. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen as well as stocked with essential amenities. The owner was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond for us. She offered lots of advise for places to eat and things to do. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this condo. Thank you for everything and looking forward to returning. Kevin & Keri
