The home is fully furnished for a long stay. The master bedroom is large with a king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, and a den/study can also be used as a 3rd bedroom with a pull-out couch. The screened lanai offers plenty of seating to enjoy a meal or simply relax while taking in one of the best views of the lake. The heated/cooled community pool and clubhouse is a short 3–5-minute walk from the condo and offers weekly social events. The community of Plantation Gulf and Country Club is ideal for walking and riding bikes beneath the shaded streets.

Myrtle Trace Condominium Association in Plantation Golf and Country Club requires all guests complete an application to lease. There is a non-refundable $100 application fee which will be added to the reservation. The HOA requires that all forms be submitted 45 days before check in.

Venice beaches are only 10-15 minutes away including Manasota Key Beach, Blind Pass Beach, Caspersen Beach, Sharkey’s at Venice Pier, downtown "Old Venice" and the Jetty. Well known Siesta Key Beach with its beautiful quartz sand is a 45-minute drive. Downtown Venice offers unique shops, restaurants, a theater, and live music venues. Other nearby attractions include Snook Haven Park on the Myakka River, classic cars museum, fishing charters, and a multitude of golf courses.
