Welcome to Bayport Beach and Tennis Club!

Bayport Beach and Tennis Club is a beach to bay tropical oasis situated on 27 lushly landscaped acres on Longboat Key, FL. The grounds are meticulously maintained and provide a tranquil and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy sunrises over the bay, sunsets on the beach, and everything in between.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for owners and guests. For swimmers, Bayport features a Junior-Olympic, heated pool, one of the largest on the Key. For tennis buffs, there are 4 har-tru tennis courts. Included at Bayport are a fitness center, fishing pier and kayak facilities. Pickleball lovers will be delighted to know pickleball courts are located 1/2 mile down the street at Bayfront Park.

Our condo is centrally located with a 2-3 minute walk to either the beach or bay, as well as the pool and clubhouse. This is our home-away-from-home and we pride ourselves in making it comfortable and relaxing not only for us, but you as well.

Kitchen with granite counter top, appliances, and all the kitchen essentials for cooking, dining, and entertaining.

The kitchen is open to the dining / living areas with comfy reclining sofas and flat screen TV.

Master suite offers a king bed, walk-in closet, master bath with double sinks and private shower area.

Guest bedroom can be configured as either King or XL Twin beds.

Guest bathroom with walk-in shower.

Full size washer and dryer in the unit.

An office niche is located in the master suite for professionals who work-from-home / telecommute.

Two private outdoor areas are comprised of an open-air private patio with electric grill and a screened in lanai with tropical garden views.

Covered parking for one vehicle plus plenty of additional guest parking.

WiFi internet, cable TV, and all utilities included.

Private Beach includes chairs and umbrellas.

Bayport Beach & Tennis Club requires a 30 day minimum rental period.

Area Information

Longboat Key is quiet, peaceful, without the traffic and crowds of neighboring islands. It has an upscale feel with beautiful resorts, restaurants, and landscaping.

Publix grocery store is less than 2 miles away. Bayfront Park is 1/2 mile away . Activities include pickleball, basketball, shuffleboard courts, kayak launch and a playground. There are bike paths the length of the island, with a bike rental shop down the street.

Several casual and fine dining options are within close proximity on Longboat Key.

In addition, St. Armand's Circle is a 10-minute drive, with its exceptional shopping and dining amenities.

From there, cross the beautiful Ringling bridge and in minutes, be in the center of downtown Sarasota, which is well known for world-class theatre, dining, opera, ballet, symphony, comedy, art galleries, the Ringling Museum, Selby Gardens, and, the Van Wezel; home to Broadway and other professional entertainment.

To the north, there are several new restaurants in historic Longbeach Village and lively Bridge Street on Bradenton Beach is a 13-minute drive.
