Beautiful Professionally Decorated Condo. The condo has a full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher), 2 full size beds, 1 bathroom. The living room sofa has a pull-out queen sleeper and walk out to balcony patio. It is turn key and ready for your enjoyment.
You will have access to the laundry room where you can do your laundry for free and hotel ice maker. Free parking is in the parking lot right outside your condo.
Your condo is located on the 2nd floor of the Portrush building with walkout to your patio.
Your Bedroom has 2 full size beds, its own full bathroom with a beautiful shower; there is a door between the living room and bedroom. The living room also has its own workspace. You will have your own TV and Wifi.
The large living room has a sofa that can be pulled out into a queen sleeper. The full-sized kitchen has refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
You have TV, WIFI and central AC. Plenty of Towels, extra linens, hair shampoo/conditioner, soap, hair dryer, iron, iron board ( in laundry room) are provided. The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking and baking necessities, dishes, silverware, glasses etc. We provide Coffee Maker. A toaster and microwave are in your condo as well.
The laundry room is located down the hallway of the building (by the stairs) and has plenty of washers and dryers that are free for you to use.
The condo is located inside the beautiful 1000-acre Innisbrook Golf Resort and Spa with 24-hour gated security and home of the PGA Valspar Championships. The Resort has restaurants and a sports bar on site.
The Osprey Sports bar has live Entertainment every Friday and Saturday night from 7: 30 pm to 11:30 pm. Packard's Steakhouse is a fine dining restaurant and one of the best Steakhouses in the area.
The condo has its own entrance and you will have the entire condo for yourself to enjoy, and relax with a wonderful view! Guest are permitted to use the laundry room and all of Innis brook’s exceptional restaurants.

Even my OCD wife was impressed with the cleanliness of the condo (even though I have already been in it for two days). The condo is listed as a one bedroom, but the design makes it seem larger--partially due to the large balcony which overlooks a small lake and the golf course. There is a large, wall-mounted TV which can be viewed from the living area with a nice recliner, or from the bedroom. The bedroom has two comfortable beds and can be separated from the living area with a wooden screen. The shower has been redone with a nice stone finish and a retractable wooden bench. The unit has a large refrigerator, appreciated as we were on our way to another condo with all of our special diet foods. Brian was very helpful with arranging for our stay.

The condo was in a beautiful location with great views of golf course and the club house. Very nice gated community, great for taking walks and just hanging around. Golf courses are top notch but are very pricey to play. Close to many beaches and restaurants. Tarpon Springs is a fun location to explore.

Thos is the second time I've rented this specific unit and it won't be the last. Studio sized condo is perfect for 3-4 guests with a very nice updated kitchen and a large porch with a beautiful view overlooking the golf course and located close to the Copperhead/Packers restaurant as well as the Osprey clubhouse. Clean, updated and a nice quiet location.

Kathleen C.Great Studio Condo Overlooking Golf Course
Our several night stay in the Portrush studio condo was great. Very nice updated condo with a full, well appointed kitchen -surprising for a studio, a comfortable bedroom area that can be closed off from the living area, and a large balcony with table and chairs. View from the balcony is beautiful overlooking the golf course tee box and large pond.We own a condo at Innisbrook but had some family coming down to stay so needed the extra living and sleeping space, so it was perfect for our use, but would definitely be comfortable in this space for longer than just a few days if we stayed longer.One thing to be aware of is that while the balcony overlooks the beautiful golf course, it is also close to the Osprey Clubhouse which does have musical entertainment which is sometimes outside on the patio. You will hear the music if you like to keep your windows open and the air conditioning off. However, the nights that there was entertainment, it always finished by 10pm. It was actually kind of fun to sit on the balcony and listen to the music. If you close the doorwalls it will diminish the sound.Innisbrook is located in an area with many restaurants, bars and shopping but also has the Osprey Clubhouse available for meals on the property and is open to the public. The other amenities on the Innisbrook property are not available to the public including the pools, fitness center, and golf courses. Only condo owners, club members or Innisbrook guests have access to these areas. Public parks, beaches, an golf courses however, are just a few miles away.Also, the managers were very good to work with. I had to juggle my dates around a bit and they were quick to respond and help me out with my changes.All in all, a very nice place to stay and I would definitely book this specific condo again.
