#1 Fun with my grandchildren

This condo was so much better than I expected. It was large,. Very clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. My grandchildren loved it and so did I. The owner was always available if I had a question. And the gated community made me feel very safe. They even had all the beach stuff right there. No need to spend money on those things. I can't even think of anything else that could have made it better. It was perfect from the location close to everything to the comfort of the unit. Even the neighbors were friendly. I can't wait to go back. And just to make it a perfect vacation, I've only been home a couple of days and my deposit is already in the mail. Other condos I've rented take weeks to mail it back. BIG PLUS. Thanks very much to the great owners. Very good job.

#2 Absolutely Wonderful!!

Pat was absolutely wonderful to work with. My family had to arrive a day early for a baseball tournament and he was very accommodating. When we arrived at the townhouse, we were thrilled! The pictures on this website do not do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful and immaculate! I especially loved all of the beach equipment provided (and so did the kids)! We will definitely stay again when we come back to the area!!!

Your town home was so beautiful, fully furnished, and spacious with all the comforts of home! Our family loved it! A great location close to beaches,shopping,attractions,and more! It was our first rental experience and you were very helpful answering all our questions. Looking forward in returning back to the Ft. Myers area and will definitely choose to stay at your town home.

This place is AWESOME! We stayed here for 5 days and didn't want to leave. You really feel like you are home away from home.

We had a fabulous time on vacation. Your home is absolutely beautiful and wonderfully decorated. We enjoyed being able to feel like we were at home while on vacation while only being minutes from beaches! Being able to cook and do laundry is essential with a family of our size. #6 Fantastic place to stay-immaculate interior and all new furnishings

We loved staying here. Beautiful new furnishings, clean, everything in excellent condition allowed us to have one of our most relaxing and fun vacations ever. I would highly recommend this this unit!
