We discovered Sail Harbour a few years ago while staying at a different Ft Myers property. It was our top choice due to its proximity to everything! We were thrilled to finally find a place to rent in Sail Harbour. Pat made it happen! He was very helpful, attentive and patient during the entire rental process and stay. His property is a lovely, well furnished, clean and comfortable town home situated perfectly in the gated and secure community. In addition, the property provided tons of beach towels, chairscoolers and other beach equipment. During the month, the amenities were never over crowded. Normally, we would spend at least an hour in traffic anywhere we would go, but this was not our experience in the Sail Harbour area. It was typically a 15 minute trip to Sanibel, our favorite beach. Shopping and restaurants were equally quickly accessible. Our stay was everything and more than we had hoped for!

My husband & I stayed at Pat and Lisa's town home for 6 weeks in January & February in 2025 and 2026. Comfy place in a great location.....close to anything you may need. Pat and Lisa are great hosts....very accommodating!

I would definitely love to stay here again. I appreciated the friendly people at the pool, especially. I felt very safe and content here. Close to the grocery store as well. The host was most excellent as I appreciated her so much! Thank you for an amazing two months

Sail Harbour is a wonderful location! We wanted a place to host our daughter and two grandsons for a visit and this was perfect. They had the best time and the weather was outstanding. Everything we needed was so close: groceries, farmers markets, Walgreens, activities for children, the beach, fun restaurants w great happy hours, our friends in Bonita Springs and other areas of Fort Myers, and we made great friends in the community. Our first winter as a snowbird was a success!
