You stay includes free use of beach launch chairs with cushions and umbrellas. Drink and food service on the beach is available from Newport Beach hotel next door.
The unit has 1 1/2 bathroom (Large Master Bathroom with separate shower and tub, double sink), 2 separate balconies overlooking the ocean. The suite has a maximum capacity of 2 guests, and has a Queen bed in the master bedroom and a sectional sofa sleeper in the Living room.

This condo is beautiful. Everything you need is supplied by the owner and it was absolutely spotless. Valet parking is mandatory for tenants but the service was excellent and prompt. The one service that consistently fell short of expectation is the beach/pool towel service, often clean towels were unavailable, frustration for the tenants as well as the employees. There are ample shops, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies within walking distance. Overall, an extremely pleasant experience, we highly recommend this place.

Office of the building finally got delayed towels shipment. We just got back from Laperla last night and there is no towels shortage anymore.
