Great news, we just completed construction of a brand new 60FT dock. We have a kayak launch and plenty of room for your boat.

Our indoor upgrades included getting a Tempur Pedic king-size adjustable bed for the master bedroom (raise the head or feet). All the TVs are now 4K smart TVs, which we mounted. We put in a smart house system that can serve as your morning fishing alarm and play music via Pandora. A lock box for the front door and a smart lock on the back door makes it easy to check in and check out. The living room and dining room are getting all new furniture.

Boating:
Oceanside and Gulf side boating await for those interested in exploring the Keys. Vaca-Cut is right around the corner, and the ocean is right in front of the home. We are also very close to the 7-mile bridge, which offers excellent fishing.

Special considerations:
Upon request, we can accommodate excess trailer and RV parking. As long as the RV is empty, we can park it at one of our other lots. Email for more information.

If you hire a guide, you can explore nearby offshore beaches on the Gulf side that we consider comparable or better than many of the beaches on Dr. Beach's list – try the Content Keys.

Premium Services
We are proud to offer premium paddling and kayak services for those who want to step up their fishing game. Our premium lines offering include Hobie Pro-Anglers (pedal type), Hobie Outbacks (pedal type), and Wilderness A.T.A.K. Fishing Kayaks (pedal type/paddle). These premium services require a separate rental contract, waiver, and fees. For our customers, we offer a 50% discount for this service at this property. With the discount, this may be the best price in the Keys for this type of equipment. These premium services can be added to your rental payment through the online booking system.

Note: the home comes with "paddle-type" kayaks and paddleboards, and you may not need performance upgrades unless you are looking for an upgraded experience.

Rules and contracting terms:
Renter must follow City of Marathon vacation rental rules and the terms detailed in the online contract. We do use a standard Florida rental agreement that includes waivers for swimming, equipment use and pets. We will send you a copy of the agreement upon request.
