Recently renovated and fully furnished Studio, Sleeps 2 Adults and 2 Children. The studio has a full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher), 1 King bed, full bathroom with tiled walk in shower. The living room sofa has a pull-out queen sleeper, dining space with walk out to balcony patio. It is turn key and ready for your enjoyment. You will have access to the laundry room where you can do your laundry for free and hotel ice maker. Free parking is in the parking lot right outside your condo.
Your condo is located on the 1st floor of the Muirfield building, with walkout to balcony patio.
You have free cable TV, WIFI and central AC. Plenty of Towels, extra linens, hair shampoo/conditioner, soap, hair dryer, iron, iron board are provided. The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking and baking necessities, dishes, silverware, glasses etc. We provide Coffee Maker. A toaster and microwave are in your condo as well.
The laundry room is located down the hallway of the building and has plenty of washers and dryers that are free for you to use.
The condo is located inside the beautiful 1000-acre Innisbrook Golf Resort and Spa with 24-hour gated security and home of the PGA Valspar Championships every March. The Resort has restaurants and a sports bar on site.
There are restaurants and bars on site: The Osprey Sports bar has live Entertainment every Friday and Saturday night from 7:30 pm to 11:30 pm. Packard's Steakhouse is a fine dining restaurant and one of the best Steakhouses in the area.
Guest access
The condo has its own entrance and you will have the entire condo for yourself to enjoy and relax with a wonderful view! Guest are permitted to use the laundry room and all of Innis brook’s exceptional restaurants and their exclusive Spa.

SPECIAL NOTE: This rental is for accommodations only and does not include daily maid service and it does not include the use of the Innisbrook Resort’s facilities or amenities; such as, swimming and tennis; unless they are made available to the public. However, the resort is now offering for purchase a daily or monthly resort amenity pass. If interested we will give you contact info for the resort Director of Recreation to purchase from directly.

This was the perfect location for visiting family and friends in the area. Fabulous restaurants on site and in the area plus plenty of things to do for families and singles. Comfortable and well stocked for short or long time stays. You won’t be disappointed. I already booked for next year.

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay at the Innisbrook Resort and Golf Club for the month of April 2023. Our first floor accommodation was conveniently located and provided easy access to all resort amenities. We had a very nice condo to stay in for the week. It was so quiet and peaceful, and we felt very safe being on the grounds. The pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing. We will definitely stay there again the next time we visit!

We stayed a few nights in Innisbrook while visiting relatives nearby. Everything was good. We were very close to Packards Steakhouse which was great. The laundry room was good too. Also went to Honeymoon Island State Park-about 15 minutes drive, it was a great place to walk and on ocean shore. Tarpon Springs(Greek restaurants)very close as well. Would highly recommend staying in this location.

The condo was very comfortable for us and conveniently centrally located for most of our time in the area visiting water fronts, parks, and favorite restaurants. The king-size bed was comfortable and we appreciated the "safe" walk-in tiled shower (rather than a tub/shower). It was nice to return to the condo after a day of walking area parks and trails, and kick our feet up in the recliners to watch some evening TV.

Innisbrook golf resort is very nice with lots of places to walk. Within a few miles in each direction there are state and county parks which were ideal for hiking. The accommodation, although small, was very comfortable and well appointed.

Exactly as pictured! The apartment has nice touches of the decor. This was our first long vacation after a while. Innisbrook is quiet, safe and very peaceful. The apartement has everything that you will need to make your stay comfortable.The check in was super easy with a key combiniation. Brian is a great host and communicator.I give it a 10/10...

This condo is super cute! It is totally remodelled and makes perfect use of the space. You will have everything you need for a perfect vacation, from glasses, to cookware... The bed was super comfortable. The entire condo was sparkling clean. The grounds of Innisbrook are just absolutely gorgeouse. We had the perfect couple getaway! Thank you Brian for your quick responses to our questions... This is an A+ and we will definetely be back.
