Recently renovated and fully furnished Studio, Sleeps 2 Adults and 2 Children. The studio has a full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher), 1 King bed, full bathroom with tiled walk in shower. The living room sofa has a pull-out queen sleeper, dining space with walk out to balcony patio. It is turn key and ready for your enjoyment. You will have access to the laundry room where you can do your laundry for free and hotel ice maker. Free parking is in the parking lot right outside your condo.
Your condo is located on the 1st floor of the Muirfield building, with walkout to balcony patio.
You have free cable TV, WIFI and central AC. Plenty of Towels, extra linens, hair shampoo/conditioner, soap, hair dryer, iron, iron board are provided. The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking and baking necessities, dishes, silverware, glasses etc. We provide Coffee Maker. A toaster and microwave are in your condo as well.
The laundry room is located down the hallway of the building and has plenty of washers and dryers that are free for you to use.
The condo is located inside the beautiful 1000-acre Innisbrook Golf Resort and Spa with 24-hour gated security and home of the PGA Valspar Championships every March. The Resort has restaurants and a sports bar on site.
There are restaurants and bars on site: The Osprey Sports bar has live Entertainment every Friday and Saturday night from 7:30 pm to 11:30 pm. Packard's Steakhouse is a fine dining restaurant and one of the best Steakhouses in the area.
Guest access
The condo has its own entrance and you will have the entire condo for yourself to enjoy and relax with a wonderful view! Guest are permitted to use the laundry room and all of Innis brook’s exceptional restaurants and their exclusive Spa.

We needed a unit on floor-level with a walk-in shower. I was very impressed with the fact this condo is fully renovated and immaculately clean. The kitchen is great and so cozy, and the furniture is also very comfortable. The bed was great, and we felt very at home here. A strong plug-in air freshener was in use, but I just unplugged it during our stay and then plugged it back in when we were leaving. I feel the towels are rather minimal, and I would like to see another full set. We were also very impressed with the ease of finding where we were going and the very easy access lock into the unit. We look forward to coming back.

This studio condo was spacious for 1 or 2 persons. Very pleasant indeed. I felt completely safe there due to 24 hour secured gate. The employees there pleasant and helpful.This unit is an immensely good value. I would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

As usual our stay at Innisbrook was exceptional.Brian is a true real estate rental professional who does his utmost to assure the comfort of each rental guest. He is never more than a text or phone call away should the need arise. I have been renting with Brian for three years now and would not hesitate to rent from him again.Our accommodation upon arrival was neat, clean and suitable for our month long stay. As a matter of fact the 2024 rental unit was the same unit we had in 2023, so totally satisfied.The only reason that I have not booked a rental for 2025 is because my wife and I plan to be Innisbrook residents sometime in 2024.Regarding the Innisbrook campus one can only say secure, park like and tranquil. It is truly a one of a kind residential living experience.

Our first floor accommodation was conveniently located and provided easy access to all resort amenities. We stayed a few nights in Innisbrook while visiting relatives nearby. Everything was good. We were very close to Packards Steakhouse which was great. The laundry room was good too. Also went to Honeymoon Island State Park-about 15 minutes drive, it was a great place to walk and on ocean shore. Tarpon Springs(Greek restaurants)very close as well. Would highly recommend staying in this location.

The condo was very comfortable for us and conveniently centrally located for most of our time in the area visiting water fronts, parks, and favorite restaurants. The king-size bed was comfortable and we appreciated the "safe" walk-in tiled shower (rather than a tub/shower). It was nice to return to the condo after a day of walking area parks and trails, and kick our feet up in the recliners to watch some evening TV.

Innisbrook golf resort is very nice with lots of places to walk. Within a few miles in each direction there are state and county parks which were ideal for hiking. The accommodation, although small, was very comfortable and well appointed.

Exactly as pictured! The apartment has nice touches of the decor. This was our first long vacation after a while. Innisbrook is quiet, safe and very peaceful. This condo is super cute! It is totally remodelled and makes perfect use of the space. You will have everything you need for a perfect vacation, from glasses, to cookware... The bed was super comfortable. The entire condo was sparkling clean. The grounds of Innisbrook are just absolutely gorgeouse. We had the perfect couple getaway!
