What made this a special holiday.....exceptional service from start to finish.....a warm, comfortable and beautifully finished home....the beach at your door step.....a sense of peace and tranquility in the home, such that i was happy spending hours on end sitting in the awe view inspired balcony......some places just have that sense of home, this is one......no question where I will stay again.

Amazing!

We are currently staying in the apartment and we are here for 5 weeks. It is absolutely amazing! We are staying with young children and everything is so convenient. The apartment is gorgeous / spacious and has everything we can ever wish for.The beach is beautiful, the beach service is amazing. Many parks are very close and restaurantsIt has been a pleasure working together with Saleema and Jay!We will be coming back many more times in the future.

Wonderful accommodations and location

Perfect

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom was perfect for our 2 week holiday getaway. Each balcony had a perfect view of the beach and the location is perfect. You are walking distance to many shops, restaurants, a park and grocery stores. Jay was a pleasure to deal with and the apartment came with all amenities you would need.

Perfect location and the owner Jay is very easy to work with.

This is the first experience we had renting a vacation condo. We were very happy with our choice. The condo is lovely. It is clean and well stocked. There is beach and towel service which is such a plus. The couch is the most comfortable couch I ever sat on. It has 3 recliners incorporated in it. You can walk to a Marshals, CVS and a grocery store. There are also many restaurants within walking distance. There are 3 balconies with breathtaking views. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony daily. The electric blinds are very convenient. We stayed for 2 months and enjoyed every minute.

A perfect place by the sea

We enjoyed our family vacations in Jay's spectacular apartment. Fully equipped, ithe bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room.Incredible view of the sea and the bay. The pool is steps from the access to the sea. That's very important for those of us who have children. The building is locales few fetes.from several shops, restaurants and supermarkets. In summary, a perfect place.

I had a lovely time during my stay at this apartment. Jay, the owner, and his property manager were both very responsive if anything was needed or if we had questions. Perfect Condo Unit!

This is a large condo unit right on beautiful Sunny Isles Beach! Amazing location. Unit was very clean, nicely designed and comfortable (with breathtaking ocean views). Its perfect for staying in and cooking up a family dinner, or going out to eat with plenty of restaurants right outside the building- this place is perfect for both. It has amazing utilities and the kitchen has all the things you will ever need for your stay. I went with my family and we enjoyed every moment of our stay in this condo. Wonderful at all levels

Cozy and comfortable apartment at the most beautiful beach in Miami. Perfect for kids, TVs in all rooms with Netflix, great big bathtub, nice terraces with great view. Kitchen fully equipped. I would repeat the experience over and over again. The owner is a great nice person and had the best will from the very beginning to make our trip unforgettable. I would recommend to any of my close friends.

Amazing place to relax, rejuvenate!

We got to spend a lovely week at the La perla, hosted by Jay and Milaine. It was an immaculate place, with a number of thoughtful conveniences and tasteful decor.Entering the place we we were stunned by the breathtaking views. The ocean view from that height never failed to cheer us up. It was only the two of us, so it was bit big for us but we thoroughly enjoyed the open layout.The condo itself has a number of convenient embellishments- from electronic control lighting and window shades - modulation to various moods. The bathrooms were really well setup and luxurious… the mast bedroom and the second bedroom had amazing waking up views and balconies with lounging rockers to enjoy a relaxed brew… which was excellent.The interiors are so tastefully done, we felt very comfortable in the place - with the artwork and books and recliners .. we could have stayed on if not for other commitments.The hosts went above and beyond in making sure we were happy and comfortable… from the restaurant recommendations that were very selective and varied to Netflix and prime subscriptions for entertainment all over…. We did cause some issue by showing up early as our flight had landed - they gracefully accommodated us and had the condo all setup for us. It is these personal touches that made this such a memorable experience for us… oh did I forget, the property is on the ocean.. which is so clear and great to Wade into…All in all, great week.

TOP Appartement : Full furnished and Amazing View front Of the Beach

Family of 4 (2 daughters of 7 and 3), We rent the appartment of Jay and Milaine for 1 month. Coming from France, we had many chat with Jay and assitance to know the area, the different point of attraction, and also to assit us for the tenant application in la perla condos. What was the surprise once arriving : The appartment perfectly clean, fully furnished, with amazing view, and very warm. The check in was done by a very kind person : Saleema (she waited for us a couple of hour). We didn't had to buy anything during our stay. Everything was there. Each room have his own TV, and 2 rooms are with Bathroom. The balconies (In each room you have a balcony) were our spot by night : View on the sea and on the city. Beds are confortable; Climatisation can be programmed. Surfside is quiet neighbrhood, very familial and we had the comercial center at 7 minutes walking. Also, we had a Park for kids, where our daughters went and meet other kids of their age. During our Stay, Jay and Milaine were always attentive and preocupated about our confort. To have them as Backup for any doubts, or question (even not related to the rent) was for us very important. Services in la Perla are good : A service of Valet working 24/24 is very efficient and people working there are very supportive (Elena and Anna from the welcome desk) The beach (when the weather was ok) was perfectly clean and the beach service was perfect as well. I will definitely recommand 100% the stay in Jay and Milaine appartement. Love that place.

My best experience

If you want to live a great experience because usually everybody miss something of your own home, well definitely this apartment will give you all the comfort that you were looking for. Style, on line communication, details, service, you will feel that you can live there! Jay is so nice that nowadays its not very frequent to see it. We were 5, a couple and 3 children, 2 of them teenagers! The apartment gives you full independence. My testimonial is short. You must experience by your own. I promise to come back!! Exactly what we needed!

With the heck of a year we've had, we wanted to just get away and enjoy quality family time in a picturesque "aquatic" setting. There is no doubt water has a calming effect on all and combine that with a tastefully done up condo that offers all, you are bound to be in heaven. The joy of waking up to the breathtaking scenes from this condo plus the smell of the ocean as we left the bedroom door slightly open at nights, rejuvenating our senses. In addition, the condo is so well connected to some amazing eateries and fancy restaurants, bringing much needed relief as I didn't have to cook every night. The owner, Jay has added a touch of class to the decor and made our stay so very homely - one we look forward to again, later this year! Yeah!!!

It was all that was described by the host and more! The views and amenities were the best , it was like living in a luxury resort on the beach but with the warmth of your own home ! Amazing Place

Beautiful Views and right on the beach!

Loved my stay here- the home is beautiful, and the bedrooms +living room have balconies where you can sit and look at the ocean! It's a breathtaking view.Staying here gives you access to a pool, and the beach (plus chair/umbrella/towel services) is right outside the door. There is a lovely pier just steps away, and if you walk down it you can watch people fish and even encounter pelicans!There are many delicious restaurants and high-end shops nearby which is also awesome.Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in the Sunny Isles/Miami area! The best place we have stayed at EVER!

My kids and I spent 10 days in this amazing condo 6 months ago and we still cannot stop talking about it… The highlights: - Easy to communicate and kind host, and building management - The place is just AMAZING! Paradise with a view!

I have only great things to say about this apartment. The building is right on the beach, very well located, walking distance to stores and restaurants. The apartment has views of the ocean from almost every room. Modern, clean, well appointed and spacious and add to that an extremely helpful and accommodating host. The Most Beautiful and Accommodating apartment for a perfect stay.

This is truly a Spectacular Apartment. Plush Leather furniture, Artwork worthy of a museum , Lighting for every need . This apartment fulfills every need, to relax luxuriously and also to work remotely. The children's rooms are so well furnished. Every need is provided for, with plush sheets and towels and a fully stocked kitchen . The building is kept meticulously clean and the towel and beach chair service is superb. The variety of international restaurants and all types of stores all within walking distance is a fabulous plus. When we vacation, we do not like having to get into the car to get everywhere. Being here, we don't need to. The owners Jay and his lovely wife are such friendly and lovely people! We Wholeheartedly recommend this Paradise on the Beach for an incredible stay!

View to die for !!!! Just Awesome !!!

Best air b&b we have stayed in so far!! My whole family loved the place, so neat and clean! Our favorite part was the view (omg!) It was nearby to all the attractions and the beach, I mean all in all we loved it. Jay, the host was just awesome! Great escape in Paradise

Loved the location and the condo was perfect for our young family and would also be great for a group of close friends. Beautifully appointed place with well maintained and comfortable furnishings. The colors really underscore the beauty of the view and with a very Floridian feel. Jay sent us a nice welcome message and was simple. The location to the pier and nearby restaurants was a significant part of our choice of location. Parking was nice with two spaces. We will return one day soon.

Amazing location, interiors and views

I spent a few months in this apartment with my children and had an amazing experience. We woke up every morning with a direct view of the ocean, enjoyed the warm beach and pool every day, and walked to parks, cafes, bakeries, shops and restaurants. The apartment is exquisitely decorated with a great attention to details. It is fully furnished and very spacious. The building offers amenities that were much appreciated including beach/pool towels, umbrellas, chairs, free valet and concierge services. Staff is friendly and helpful. The building is 8 min driving distance from the Bal Harbor and Aventura malls, 5 min from Oleta park and 20 from South beach! We truly enjoyed our stay and made beautiful memories. Looking forward to coming back soon.
