This immaculate 7-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom oasis is perfectly setup to make your family’s Orlando holiday truly magical and memorable, enjoying all that there is to offer. We are owned and managed by one family. We love Disney, Universal, and Orlando just like you. You will always have direct access to me as the owner.
As you enter your gathering house you are met with the feeling of openness as you move from the foyer, into the kitchen and dining room and family gathering room, passing by personally selected décor hand-picked to make you feel at home yet remind you that you are at a world known destination. Each space melds perfectly into the next. This open floor plan provides an incredible view out to the lanai and the relaxing and entertaining private pool and spa area through the sliding doors.
The kitchen is fully stocked for all your culinary delights including Keurig Duo, hot water kettle, slow cooking pot, and Mickey Waffle maker. We do not leave you wanting for any utensil. The meals you prepare are well-served on the granite counter space for bar seating and the large dining area table. You can even bring your family outside as you enjoy the expansive unblocked view of sunrises and moonrises and other heavenly events. We provide paper towels, trash bags, and dish pods for your entire holiday.
And for the day or evening you choose to pamper yourself further, hire our colleague and friend Chef Kegon to come and provide a full 3 course dinner or scrumptious brunch for you and your family, adding to your memories.
At the end of your day in the parks or even on days out of the parks, unwind and relax in the complimentary heated pool and spa as you are provided with an unending view that also provides a view of multiple Disney Park fireworks shows nightly. This is an added amenity that few can provide.
Imagine yourself arising before the others as you enjoy a cup of coffee while relaxing in the heated spa watching the sunrise or even hot air balloons dotting the sky.
Our outdoor space provides also the possibility of viewing a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral.
Your outdoor space provides a large propane grill, use of which is also complimentary and this space is more private than most as there are no rear neighbors allowing for a private oasis in the midst of multiple amenities at your fingertips.
Our Ohana Gathering House provides a large comfortably and personally appointed gathering space where multiple family generations can gather to talk, catch up, or watch a large selection of entertainment on the huge 85 inch Samsung 4K screen outfitted with above basic cable as well as Firestick with multiple apps, including Peacock for EPL viewing.
The Owner’s En Suite provides for first floor accommodations with luxury and comfort. The room is well decorated and has a large bathroom that provides access to the lanai. Each King bedroom has a 55 inch firestick tv with cable and multiple apps for all your viewing possibilities at the end of a day out.
Also on the first floor is the laundry room, that allows for quick drying of bathing suits and towels, or full laundry needs with provided laundry pods stocked for your stay.
We also have a family hallway and invite families to bring their own family crest or shield to hang in our gallery for posterity
When you arrive and head upstairs passed the young child safety gates each family member picks out their own personal space from the remaining 6 bedrooms.
This steps open up to the Avengers game room which has been hand painted by a local artist and is outfitted with side by side by side Tvs each with its own Xbox gaming console and one with a PS4 console so you can compete side by side utilizing our high speed >400Mbs internet. These consoles are hard wired and not wifi dependent.
The game room is furnished with beanbags for game players and ample seating for every age group in your family to enjoy time together. The game room is completed with an air hockey table to challenge other family members as well as a large sized Connect Four.
The six upstairs bedrooms are setup to appeal to families traveling together and multigenerational families by combining 2 King Suites with a nearby Themed Bunk suites as well as 2 more king en suites.
2 King Bed En suites sit at the front of the home.
The first of the themed 4 bunk bed suites is themed with Lilo and Stitch and connects to the 4th King bedroom with a full bathroom in between and sits in the middle portion of the upstairs area.
The second themed 4 bunk bedroom is a Star Wars immersion like no other and will provide galaxies of memories for your children or grandchildren. It sits at the back of the house as does the 5th King bedroom and full bathroom.
All the beds are of high quality and comfortable.
There is plenty of space for families to gather while still having enough room for privacy when needed for every generation of your family.
Let’s not forget one of the reasons you chose this location. Windsor Island Resort offers The Aloha Club, featuring a large sparkling resort pool, a children's splash park, a large hot tub and one of the longest lazy rivers inside an Orlando vacation rental community. The lazy river is also the exiting location for two water slides. The Clubhouse access is included and not an extra add on fee and includes a covered bar, rental cabanas, a 9-hole mini-golf course, a fire pit with expansive views as well as cornhole and a sand volleyball court. You could spend multiple days never leaving the resort as you play and relax in the sun at a location that is merely 3-4 minutes’ walk from Ohana Gathering House.

Once booked we require a photo id of the lead booker within 24 hours and will also require photo IDs of all adults 18+ who will be at the home for any time. We also request you send us your email address so our Property Management software can send scheduled emails notifications and information. We do assess our own security deposit separate from the listing channel. This needs to be secured within 72 hours of booking. Failure to adhere to these guidelines can cause cancellation of your booking

This vacation home has it all and is perfect for families or multiple families looking to share a home. Close walk to to clubhouse and resort pools. The resort has a lazy river, large pool, hot tub, game room and mini golf that was all included. The home itself has everything you will need and more and is very clean. The owner David was very responsive to any questions that came up before are stay and was quick to respond. The home is fairly close to the amusement park's, many restaurants and stores. The beds in the home are the best I've ever slept in and we all sleep so well. The backyard pool was a hit with the kids as was the air hockey table. I loved watching the nightly fireworks from the pool deck at the home every night. I would definitely recommend Ohana Gathering house and we can't wait to book our next trip here again.

We stayed at Ohana Gathering House 19th October for a week. We are from the U.K. a family group of 12. What a beautiful house. Immaculately clean and absolutely everything provided. Lovely swimming pool, heating supplied with plenty of pool toys etc. The kitchen was full of absolutely every piece of equipment, cutlery, crockery and glasses you would need, all stored in well organised cupboards. The beds are lovely and comfortable, good quality linen and plenty of toiletries, towels, etc. It exceeded all our expectation. A big thank you to the cleaning team. They are obviously really organised and hardworking. Highly recommended. ️️

Another family holiday travelling from Scotland to Orlando and this villa was by far the best we’ve stayed in. Our luggage was delayed for 3 days and this host’s extra touches and attention to detail, like laundry detergent, fairy liquid, coffee for the machine, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel dispensers in the bathroom were a god send to us as we had none of our belongings. There is even usb ports in the lamps which allowed us to charge our devices despite our plugs being in our lost Luggage. Beds are so comfortable and spacious , the kids loved the games room having hours of fun, the tvs all have a great selection of things to watch, the sofas are so comfortable, the air con was amazing having 2 people in our party who suffer from prickly heat usually and did not get it in this villa the air con is really important to us. We had a BBQ night on 4th July and got a fantastic view of fireworks all over the area.The location of the villa is brilliant, close to everything you would be going to. The club house pool, slides river ride and fun golf was a hit with both kids and adults alike. We have been to Orlando lots and this property and host for whom nothing was too much trouble will definitely be our go to property to book next time. We highly recommend this property.

This home is amazing. Dave is a phenomenal host and really cares about you having a terrific stay! The home is perfect. A perfect mix of privacy with bedrooms/bathroom and areas for the family to get together for fun. Private back yard with pool and hot tub was used in the afternoon/eve after a long day at the community centre or Disney. The amenities and swimming options are absolutely perfect for all ages. Poolside food and frozen daiquiris set this place apart! This is the perfect large family/multi family home for a Florida vacation. We stayed for a week during March Break and we would do it again!!! No need to look anywhere else!

We booked for 4 weeks and have zero regrets. Communication was prompt, emails were answered quickly. Pictures were very accurate of the property and it was clean. It was great that the grocery store and several food places were one red light away. Check in and check out instructions were easy to follow.Resort was nice and kids loved the pools. The security at the gate was also very accommodating and it was not an inquisition every time you entered like some places.Overall highly recommend.

We just had the best vacation ever, and a big part of it was because we chose the Ohana Gathering House. The property is excellent, with tons of space, and was absolutely *immaculate*. We had 6 adults, 1 teen, and 3 kids and everybody had room to get away for quiet time, or to gather and socialize in the game room, pool area, or the very large living room. And there's bathrooms galore, so nobody ever has to wait for one to open up. The kids absolutely loved the pool and the air hockey table, and the hot tub got a lot of use by the adults. The kitchen is roomy and well stocked with every kind of pot, pan, or utensil you could want. We made a lot of meals and got to eat together as a big family crowd.Also, I cannot say enough good things about the owner David. If you have any questions or comments you can email him and he responds immediately, every time. There are lots of companies or establishments that will say they care about their guests, but you can absolutely count on it here. Huge thumbs up all around for Ohana, the property management team, and the owners.

We were visiting with 2 small children and 4 adults. The home is very comfortable with a well stocked Kitchen for preparing meals. We utilized the private pool and hot tub as well as the neighborhood pool, restaurant and miniature golf course. There was no one in the homes next to us so though they were close, it was no issue for us. The unique view out the back of the home made the back outdoor area feel more spacious. We had one meal prepared in the home by chef Keagon. We enjoyed putting the little ones to bed and having a special dinner served to us on the patio with no clean up afterward!

The house and the owners are amazing. The communication was always open for anything we needed. Pictures do not do the house justice it is even better in person. We couldn't have ask for a better place to stay for our family. There is plenty of room and so many things for the kids to do. The pool and hot tub were heated and it was so warm and relaxing. We watched fire works from our pool almost every night. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
