Perfect Tropical Oasis

This is an incredible find! If you’re interested in this property, do not hesitate! In almost 30 years of traveling at least 15 times to Florida, this is by far the nicest place we’ve stayed. Whether you want to share with friends and family or enjoy some quiet time alone, Summerland Breeze is in the most comfortable, beautiful setting with a perfect layout. The home and grounds have so many unique spaces, we struggled deciding where to relax every day :) There are lush, tropical views in every direction. We saw egrets and tarpon right off the dock! It was so great to be secluded in such a beautiful place, but also be only minutes away from restaurants and entertainment. (Enjoyed both Kiki’s and Tonio’s!) The huge screened pool/hot tub area was so perfect for privacy and protection from bugs. Key West is just a short drive away, and many other keys also offer great excursions. We definitely spent most of our time at the house, though - truly an amazing experience.

Peaceful and beautiful

The location is fabulous, you can sit under the tiki hut by the water and just take in the gorgeous views. Pool was awesome. It was only a short drive to Key West where you can walk Duval street and take a sunset charter then come back and just relax. The home had everything we needed, it was very clean, Emily and Randy were more than accommodating with any questions we had. We booked a fishing tour and it picked us up right at the house. Tonio's restaurant is just a walk down the road, great food and fun. We had a wonderful time. It was just perfect.

This Property Has It All!

We recently returned from our terrific stay at the lovely Summerland Breeze! This property is immaculate and well maintained. The views are magnificent from many points on the property especially by the Tiki Hut facing the Ocean. All six of us enjoyed many aspects of the property, most remarkably the gorgeous pool, hot tub and breathtaking stargazing, in addition to awesome sunrises (for those of us up early). It also was well worth the nominal upgrade to have full access to the gym on the property. It truly is a resort! It was an escape from the hectic life as one relaxed by the pool staring at the beautiful gardens surrounding the property. If one desires privacy it is easy to maintain solitude here as the property includes 2 separate cottages. However, our best memories were the numerous happy hours by the pool with our clan. Our goal was relaxation so we only left the property for dinners and walks. (Though if preferred there are many excursions available to access in the Keys.) It was our first visit to Summerland Key and it certainly won't be our last. We so look forward to returning to this fabulous property. It has it all!

Absolutely Gorgeous Pleasantly Surprised

We really enjoyed our stay in Summerland Keys (Summerland Breeze) this past February. The temperature stayed in the mid 80’s so we were able to swim a lot, taking advantage of the Lazy River, the diving pool and the hot tub. The whole area was lit up beautifully.The houses were super clean and very spacious, with plenty of room for a large family or group and lots of options for people to hang out together or find somewhere private to read a book.The outdoor space with the grill and the 3 pools was amazing and everything was completely enclosed with a bird cage which not only kept it bug free but also provided a safe area for all to relax and enjoy.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a couple of meals and the local restaurants were close and very enjoyable.The property is very spacious, the location is exceptional, and the views are outstanding. We enjoyed the wonderful seabreeze, gazing at the Ocean and catching the sunrise and sunset. The only problem we encountered was that the time went way too fast! We would definitely consider staying at this location again.

Unique - Spacious - Clean

This is a perfect vacation house for getting together with family and friends. The house is unique in itself. The main house is spacious with 2 cottages connected with a screened in pool and hot tub in the center. The pool is beautiful, it is unmatched from any other pool I have ever seen. The cottages had their own kitchen with all the essentials. As I mentioned the rooms are spacious, but if one wanted to isolate, they could easily. This house was clean and well maintained. Regardless, being on a quiet street, if looking for places to go, it is only 25 miles from Key West. We found a mile down the road a wonderful restaurant called Tonio’s and ate there often. I envision this house would be a perfect place for a wedding and big enough for a nice size wedding party to stay. The beautiful orchids inside and outside were awesome to see every day. Sitting under the grass hut looking out over the Atlantic Ocean was so relaxing. They also have an area for playing shuffleboard. It is also equipped with a boat access via a seawall and a lift. This house is more like a resort. One can tell a lot of love was put into this place. We will be coming here often.
