we have another unit almost ready to list. it is 2/2 in Bellaire Bluffs ( near clearwater) NO PETS, NO SMOKING MINIMUM RENTAL 3 MONTHS.
it is third floor with elevator. pool, walking distance to grocery store.

price / moth with everything included will be $3500 and a cleaning fees of $125/ stay. master bedroom and spare bedroom have queen size bed. max occupancy 4 people .
we will ask for a security deposit of $500. this full amount will be reimbursed in full if unit the will be left like you found it upon your arrival.

The condo was very clean and had extras that were appreciated ie. beach chairs ,brochures, a note pad etc for planning purposes. We were in the area to explore so everything was about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown area, Fred Howard park, golf courses and restaurants. Owner very responsive.

The Condo was very nice. Maria had the place clean & ready for our arrival. We had hoped for a grill & asked Maria about that. She brought over a electric grill which was above & beyond what she needed to do. We had a minor issue with the furnace which she got a furnace tech over right away. She even brought us some key lime cookies for the inconvenience. We were very pleased with our stay & would highly recommend her.

We truly enjoyed staying here, condo was spacious and updated. Comfy bed, 2 lanai’s, beautiful kitchen and a washer/dryer are just a few few of the plus’s. We found great restaurants, parks and of course the beach very close by. The owner is awesome and very attentive to detail. If you are considering renting, you won’t be disappointed.

This is a very well appointed condo. Nicely furnished and lots of anemites. Pretty central to all the beaches and inter coastal spots and only took minutes to get to where ever you would like. Mira was very good host and very easy to contact and had the Unit ready for us in record time. . We had no issues with this condo. Thanks for your lively spot. Sheila

In January 2023 we stayed in unit 206. The unit was clean and comfortable and conveniently close to shopping and the bus line. The owner provided all the necessities needed to make our stay enjoyable. We took advantage of the laundry room provided on premises. Our day trip to nearby Lake Tarpon was memorable. We found owner Mari to be personable and attentive and hope to rent her unit again in the future. D.M.

Nick K.December vacation palm harbor
Me and my wife visit Florida every winter to get away from the cold weather back home. This was our first time staying in the palm harbor area and certainly will not be our last. I am generally not one to leave reviews, Mari was very easy to get a hold of during our whole stay and very accommodating. The unit was very clean, had everything we could have needed for our stay and is in a great location. We experienced a world class fishing charter within 20 minutes of the unit and spent some time around Clearwater beach. My wife enjoyed spending time by the pool while I fished for bass along the canal. We are happy to have found this gem and would recommend it to anyone planning a Florida trip!

The area and pool were nice, although too cold for swimming. It felt very comfortable staying at the condo and we felt very safe. We had almost everything we needed to cook with but would have liked dish cloths and dish towels. All in all, I would recommend anyone looking for a one bedroom condo to stay there. It was quiet and never had a problem with too much noise. It was also not too far to drive in all directions to go site seeing, which we did a lot of.

We did stay at one of the owners condo twice already. Perfect location, very easy to reach Mari with any questions, suggestions we need it. Very clean, comfy bed is equipped with everything we need it. Also no need to carry we us the beach chairs, towels , umbrella. The unit has it all. We will be back and we highly recommend it! what a great stay we had staying at this condo ! perfect location, community very well mantained, pool was perfect ! Comunication with Mari- Elena was excelent ! unit was spotless and we had everything we need it. from a full equiped kitchen to towels, chairs and beach umbrella, we did not have to bring anything from home. Appreciate the king bed with one of the best mattresses. We are definately comming back ! we did stay only in one unit, but the owner was very kind to show us the other 2 units they have and we love the decoration on all of them.
