No need to feel as if you are occupying a rental unit, because our unit is furnished with style and reflects a "Beachy" flair. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, you will experience clean, top of the line furniture and décor! This condo is located in the beautiful, meticulously landscaped South Seas Club, a 55-acre gated community, the only property on Marco Island that has both Gulf of Mexico beaches and boat docks on a large bay with access to the miles of canals throughout Marco Island. From our 38-foot balcony, you will enjoy beautiful sunsets, limited views of the Gulf of Mexico and the tropical foliage of Tigertail Nature Park. This view is very private, there are no other condo towers to look at, and no one looking at you!

Our condo is appointed with two fully furnished bedrooms with a king size bed in the master, a flat screen TV, a DVD player, large walk-in closet and a spacious private bath, including a hairdryer. The guest bedroom has a king size bed, and a flat screen TV. The second bath is located directly across from the guest bedroom. The living room has brand new leather sofa, loveseat and 55' flat screen TV & smart DVD player. The kitchen has been light colored modern cabinetry, granite counter tops and tray ceiling with multiple lighting options. Featuring new appliances, flatware, dishes and cookware. It is well equipped, whether the cook prefers to entertain a large group or prepare a quick meal. You'll even enjoy the hot dog cooker & bun warmer stored in the cabinet. We have pool and beach toys, a beach cart to carry the provided beach chairs, umbrella’s and beach towels to the wide white sand beach. We even have an electric air pump to blow up the air mattresses and floats! There is a laundry room down the hall that uses the latest technology, all you need to do is download an app and you are all set. There’s no need to bring anything but your swimsuit.

Marco Island can be reached by car from Naples (APF) and Fort Myers (RSW) airports in under 1 hour. Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed.

We are using enhanced EPA cleaning practices in our condo between guests, disinfecting products used to clean prior to your arrival as well as a supply of these products in the condo for your use.

South Seas complex is located on the legendary 3 1/2 mile white-sand Crescent beach, near TigerTail Beach and Nature Park, seashell hunting is easy and plentiful. More than 200 species of birds, including the American Bald Eagle, live on Marco. The island also provides a habitat for loggerhead turtles, dolphins, burrowing owls and the manatee.

Most of the time, the Beaches on Marco Island are empty compared to hundreds of other beaches in Florida. If you want to relax and get away from the crowds, Marco Island is the place to go. There are hundreds of restaurants and bars of every type and price category scattered over the Island.

There is a playground at Tigertail Park; abundant shells; awesome sand castle building; the lagoons shallow water and the gently waves of the Gulf of Mexico! Guided nature walks are available with Park Rangers at Tigertail Park, they also provide free seasonal nature walks with information about the wildlife, plants and shells of the area.
Collecting shells is a must for any visitor---young or old! The shells and sand dollars are plentiful in the warm waters of the crescent shaped beach virtually at your doorstep.

Area Information

Inside our condo, we have a booklet with about 20-25 restaurant menus, so you can see first hand the variety and prices for each place. Always pick up a Marco Review book at the Grocery store or at our Property Managers office, the restaurants advertise and many will have specials, especially during the summer.
There are championship golf courses nearby, as well as boating, shelling, fishing charters, parasailing, jet skis, sailing, snorkeling, and scuba diving. Don't forget to book a sunset dinner cruise on the Marco Island Princess.
The Everglades National Park is just around the corner, where you can enjoy museums, swamp buggy rides, air boat rides, and excursions.

This is a great place to lower that blood pressure and relax. There's so much to offer in Paradise! This is not just a rental unit, it is our vacation home away from home. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Attractions Within Walking Distance

The Beach, the Beach and the Beach!!! A less than 5 minute walk from our door to the Beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
The large pool is also just outside the door, between the two towers. South Seas also has several tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickle ball, and putting greens, and a fitness center in Tower 3 (where you check in). The South Seas complex has lots of walkways, it is the only complex that goes from the Gulf to the Bay.
