This comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is in a quiet neighborhood central to many attractions and town centers. Everything you'll need is right here: screened lanai, fully equipped kitchen, queen beds in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), pillows and linens, second tv in the master, 2 full baths, full washer and dryer. WiFi is provided, but not cable tv. Roku is included so that you may log in to your personal streaming television services. A golf cart is not included, but can be rented on a weekly/monthly basis. Our site manager is a local resident who is only a phone call away.

- Kitchen - fully equipped: dishes, glassware, flatware, serving bowls, pots and pans, cooking utensils, bakeware, slow cooker, mixer, toaster, coffee maker, etc.

2820 Burgos Drive is a cozy, warm, convenient villa in a quiet neighbourhood, tucked away in Spanish Springs in The Villages.The villa is spacious, with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a dining room that seats 6 and comfortable sectional furniture in the living room. There is a well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for the home chef to prepare a delicious meal. (The area hosts many restaurants - both high end and fast food for those who don't want to cook.) The pantry is convenient and holds those little things that you need, but don't think about, like lightbulbs, stationery supplies, small tools, zip bags, etc. The bedrooms are spacious, furnished with quality dressers and night tables. The beds are comfortable and have lovely linens with extra pillows and blankets if needed and the closets are large. There are two TV's - one in the living room and one in the main bedroom. There are laundry facilities in the garage.There are two lovely outdoor spaces - one under roof and screened (perfect for morning coffee), and a patio with a table and chairs, perfectly situated to enjoy the afternoon sun.The villa is a short golf cart ride to the family pool and a little longer ride to La Hacienda Community Center with many facilities, including a pool, billiards, card rooms, etc. Also close by is the Spanish Springs Town Center with retail, restaurants, grocery and specialty shopping - complete with a bandstand for the nightly entertainment. We particularly enjoyed Rocky and the Rollers when they performed there. Also close by, for those who enjoy shopping, are Sam's Club, Costco, Hobby Lobby, Bealls, Home Depot and just about any other shopping you want to do.Sandy, the owner is a dream to work with. She is kind, generous and very responsive. Throughout our stay she was available to provide advice, answer any questions we had and troubleshoot (although we had no trouble to shoot). She arranged for a golf cart for our convenience and arranged for our guest passes with The Villages offices. She very generously allowed us to stay an extra week. I would be happy to work with Sandy anytime!

This property is beautifully decorated and maintained. The homeowner is as lovely as the home. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Located in the heart of the best village in the Villages. You will have a fabulous time in this home.

I loved all the activities and meeting the neighbors and the friendly people when I participated in the activites.I even thought I would like to move there in a yearly rental. However, moving there at 81 by myself is impossible. I met alot of single woman and couples whom I became friends and they told me they moved down with spouses and signficant others.Sandra was very gracious letting us stay 4 extra, days, paying for the resident pass and leaving us money for our use.
