Newly remodeled 2-bedroom 2-bath Golf Villa in the awesome Edgewater Beach Resort. This unit overlooks tennis court and large Villa pool. Only a 4- 6 minute walk over pedestrian bridge to access huge Lagoon pool and private beach. If you don't want to walk, a shuttle will pick you up at shuttle stop just steps from your front door. This unit has a large Master Suite with king size bed and walk in tiled shower. The guest bedroom has two queen-size beds, large closet and adjoins to the guest bathroom. Full size washer dryer, refrigerator range dishwasher coffee pot with single-serve option.
Edgewater Beach Resort offers 11 pools, 4 hot tubs, on site full service restaurant, Starbucks coffee, 9 hole Golf course, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard and basketball courts.

Edgewater Beach Resort is one of the nicest and Panama City Beach. Besides the free 11 pools on the complex and the private beach they also offer for a fee golfing, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard and a basketball court.
This condo is within a 1/2 mile walking distance to 10 restaurants, mini marts and souvenir shops.

We have stayed at this condo for the past two years and we love it there..The condo is absolutely beautiful and JoJo is the nicest person I have ever dealt with. We love the fact that we just have to pick up the phone and call and someone will pick us up at the condo and take us to the beach and bring us back..we are close to most restaurants and grocery stores and there’s tons of stuff close by to do..we love Panama City Beach and we hope to be able to continue to stay at Jojo’s condo in the years to come..thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo!

This condo was perfect for what we enjoy in a vacation.The unit was very clean, modern, comfortable beds, plenty of space, etc.The towers on the beach side had activities and amenities, including the bar & grill right at the beach access (the food we got there was much better than the "nice" seafood place we tried before that, and was reasonably priced). My kids met friends to play volleyball with on the private beach, they enjoyed the movie at the lagoon pool, etc., and when we tired of the excitement on that side, a quick cart ride back to the unit was perfect for a more quiet time at the pool just behind our unit. Most of the time, we had that pool to ourselves, or maybe just 1 or 2 others there.Check in with the security gate was quick and easy.The one small issue we had was promptly addressed by Ms. Mary Jo, and remedied with no inconvenience at all to us.Would definitely book again!

This unit and host were both great. The unit was extremely clean, close to beach and restaurants and shopping. The host was fantastic. Good communication, gave lots of recommendations (which all were great; Mr. Maines Pizza, Parlor Donuts are a must) she even messaged us to let us know there was bad weather in the area that day! We would not hesitate to book this unit again!!

We love this condo so much! This was our fourth time there. Not beachfront, but best of everything. Private pool and pickle all courts, 9 hole golf course, and quiet side of condos. Love coming back from chaos of beach and big pool to this quiet place with amazing views. The restaurant Oceans and the big pool have tons kids games, a kids playroom, arts and crafts etc. the restaurant has happy hour everyday and kids eat free on Mondays. Wonderful place to stay and condo is always exceptionally clean! Beds are super comfy and everything you need to cook is right there. Will stay again and again for sure!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was roomy and the decor was beautiful. Very accommodating staff at this resort. Since we were in the golf villas, we weren't right on the beach, but never had any problem getting the staff to take us over on their golf carts. It's close to everything and even has great food right on property. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was great and very well taken care of!! We drove 1100 miles to get in town for wedding and definitely was not disappointed in the room, which is always a little worry of mine! Great location and great resort! You truly do not need to leave resort! Our only problem Was we could not stay longer! Thank you Mary for the great stay and hopefully we can do it again soon!
