Newly remodeled 2-bedroom 2-bath Golf Villa in the awesome Edgewater Beach Resort. This unit overlooks tennis court and large Villa pool. Only a 4- 6 minute walk over pedestrian bridge to access huge Lagoon pool and private beach. If you don't want to walk, a shuttle will pick you up at shuttle stop just steps from your front door. This unit has a large Master Suite with king size bed and walk in tiled shower. The guest bedroom has two queen-size beds, large closet and adjoins to the guest bathroom. Full size washer dryer, refrigerator range dishwasher coffee pot with single-serve option.
Edgewater Beach Resort offers 11 pools, 4 hot tubs, on site full service restaurant, Starbucks coffee, 9 hole Golf course, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard and basketball courts.

Edgewater Beach Resort is one of the nicest and Panama City Beach. Besides the free 11 pools on the complex and the private beach they also offer for a fee golfing, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard and a basketball court.
This condo is within a 1/2 mile walking distance to 10 restaurants, mini marts and souvenir shops.
There's also a Starbucks coffee and ice cream shop across pedestrian bridge. (4 to 6 ) min. Walk.

About the owner: We are newly retired and have been coming to Panama City Beach for over 20 years. When we decided to purchase a Condo we fell in Love with Edgewater Beach Resort. We hope you do to.
Why this property? Edgewater Beach Resort is a premier Beach Resort, with 11 pools, 4 Hot Tubs, Golf Course, Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball Courts, Shuffle Boards, on site Restaurant and Bar and Corner Market.

We love this condo so much! This was our fourth time there. Not beachfront, but best of everything. Private pool and pickle all courts, 9 hole golf course, and quiet side of condos. Love coming back from chaos of beach and big pool to this quiet place with amazing views. The restaurant Oceans and the big pool have tons kids games, a kids playroom, arts and crafts etc. the restaurant has happy hour everyday and kids eat free on Mondays. Wonderful place to stay and condo is always exceptionally clean! Beds are super comfy and everything you need to cook is right there. Will stay again and again for sure!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was roomy and the decor was beautiful. Very accommodating staff at this resort. Since we were in the golf villas, we weren't right on the beach, but never had any problem getting the staff to take us over on their golf carts. It's close to everything and even has great food right on property. Will definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent vacation staying in this condo for a week. It is so clean and spacious. My wife loved the decor and said it was home away from home. The owners were also accommodating. We will book here again next year!

The room was great and very well taken care of!! We drove 1100 miles to get in town for wedding and definitely was not disappointed in the room, which is always a little worry of mine! Great location and great resort! You truly do not need to leave resort! Our only problem Was we could not stay longer! Thank you Mary for the great stay and hopefully we can do it again soon!
