Welcome to our guest friendly condo located on the 2nd floor in the Bay Shores Yacht & Tennis Club on the Intracoastal Waterway of Indian Shores, with short ( 2-3 minutes ) walking distance to the beach. Access to the unit is very convenient by using elevator or by waking a few stairs from the parking level. One parking space is assigned to our guests.
This fantastic and spacious condo features: 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, open Kitchen, very large Living room and private Balcony for relaxing with direct view on the Intracoastal greens and water.
The kitchen features an open counter top, appliances and plenty of cabinet space. It is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, stove oven as well as cooking and eating utensils. The cupboards and drawers are fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal for family and friends. The dining area offers a large dining table with comfortable chairs.
The resort community amenities include Heated pool, Spa, Saunas, Fishing Dock, Boat slips, 4 Lighted Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Putting Green, Private Gym and Shuffleboard. There is a community laundry room on the 4th floor. A rooftop patio for happy hour or morning yoga and well-maintained gas grills at the pool.
Smugglers Cove miniature golf is directly in front of the community and some nice restaurants within short distance from the building.
All this and the pristine sandy beach of Indian Shores keeps the same guests coming back to Bay Shores year after year.
