This spacious villa features 3224 sq. There are 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, plus a sofa bed and two roll away beds that can comfortably accommodate 16-20 people.
The king master suite and a queen guest room are on the first level, the other six bedrooms including a second king master suite with baby crib, are on the second level. The main level king master suite features a sliding glass door leading to the 39 foot long lanai and the swimming pool. The master bath is equipped with two sinks, a garden tub and a separate shower stall. The combo kitchen/family room/breakfast nook, complete with a sliding glass door to the pool and spa, is the ultimate interactive casual living area. There's room aplenty for family and guests to move around and enjoy the good times. For those formal events, this versatile floor plan provides a dining room and a bright westerly- facing living room. It provides lots of seats for big group: two sofas, a love seat, and sofa chair in living area, a formal dining room with 6 seat dining table, a breakfast table with 6 seats, 4 bar-stools, extra 4 chairs and a table in game room, a patio table with 4 chairs, 5 pool lounges. Our west facing, private heated swimming pool and SPA (with removable baby security fence) facing to open space with many trees and shrubs.
There are total of 8 LCD TVs in living room and bedrooms with Cable. Free wireless internet access and long distance calls in US/Canada. Fully furnished kitchen has breakfast bar. Washer and dryer are in laundry room. Game room has a Pool table and Foosball table to extend the joyfulness of your vacation excitement. For guests with babies, we have a real crib, high chair available, and a stroller. This villa is pet-friendly (Pets fee applicable).
With short distance to the Disney World main gate and 3-5 minutes to shopping malls, our villa located around the US 27/US 192 junction is perfectly suitable for visiting all area attractions: Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center, Wet 'n Wild water park; a number of large shopping malls and designer outlet stores in the vicinity for great shopping adventures; many dinner theaters, as well as all types of restaurants for your dining pleasure.
We are close to Super Walmart and Super Target, local restaurants include: Red Lobster, Outback, Carrabbas, Longhorn, Olive Garden, Chili's, Applebee's, TGIFridays, Pizza Hut, Dunkin' Donuts, Golden Corral, Perkins, Cracker Barrel, McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, Chick-Fil-A, and many others; shopping; live entertainment; flea markets; hot air balloon rides; helicopter rides; and so much more!

Had a great time staying in this very large home. So much room! Pool heat was the perfect temperature as well as the house temperature was comfortable. Lots of lawn chairs and chairs outside , 2 tables to accommodate a very large group. Beds were comfortable, lots of hangers to hang clothes, lots of towels and face clothes. Had no issues at all so didn’t need to call maintenance. Ann was quick to respond to emails and she made the rental process easy. Will definitely rent again!

I rented this house to bring the whole family down to Florida. The house was very nice, I could tell the house was a little it older but had been remodeled and the did a good job. Ann and Gary were easy to work with because I was old school on some of my rental items and we had no problems getting the place rented. We would definitely use them again.

We stayed for 10 days in Ann and Gary’s villa 1201. It was great. All the room we needed and more for 13 people. House is huge! We had all those bodies in there and it never felt cramped. It had everything we needed from TVs in the rooms, laundry center, utensils and towels. It was a complete functioning house. All we had to do was fill it with people and food. The pool and hot tub were amazing! Couldn’t get the kids out of them after long days at the parks. The neighborhood is great. Nice and quiet. Closer to Disney than universal, still not a bad ride. Shipping is minutes away. Surprisingly good water pressure for Florida and the climate control was spot on. Beds are a little creaky, but sleepable. Communication and patience with hosts was amazing. Every little question I had they got back right away. Would recommend and stay with again , zero hesitation. Thanks for a great stay.

Staying at the villa was one of the best Florida vacations we could've asked for. Everything was within close proximity, views were fantastic, villa was cleaned and we'll equipped with everything you need.Ann & Gary were very fast and prompt with responding to emails and giving us the answers we needed.A clean pool that ran daily was good to have. We will definitely visit again and highly recommend this villa for your next travels.My only objection is pay using a different method other than PayPal, unless you don't mind paying a fee to have your payment processed. Zelle and Cashapp are other free options.

Daniel P.Perfect spot for large family get-togethers
What a lovely home in a great neighborhood! The house was comfortably furnished and was just the right size for our 21 person family reunion! The twin bedrooms were perfect for the littles and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out without feeling like we were on top of each other. The lanai and pool/spa were HUGE hits. The trees planted along the back of the pool area provided shade during the heat of the day and enabled almost constant usage of the pool. The location was very central to all the theme parks, Disney being the closest at about 15 minutes but it is only about 30 minutes from Universal as well. Everything we needed was a quick 5 minutes from the house, from grocery stores, to pharmacy, to our pick of restaurants! My only suggestion for improvement would be that there were no pool towels in the house and we ended up having to buy our own. Bath towels were at a premium as well. A few more of those and some provided pool towels and this would be a five star review!

We rented Ann & Gary’s house for a week and it was nothing but awesome. There were a few small issues with the home but Ann was very nice and fast in answering all my questions/concerns. I would recommend maybe updating some of the furniture in the home. But other than that my family and I had an awesome time. Grocery stores, restaurants and Disney are pretty close by and very convenient to get to. Will definitely be renting from Ann & Gary in the future!

I flew my military family in from around the world for a family reunion, house provided plenty of room and all the amenities we needed for a great time. Large BBQ area near pool and hot tub. Just minutes from attractions, restaurants and stores! Highly recommend at an amazing price. Will visit again!!

We were in Florida for 5 days before our cruise, and stayed at one of the 8 bedroom villas in Glenbrook. There were 13 of us and there was room to spare. Disney World was was about 20 to 25 minutes away, and Universal Studios from 30 to 35. We didn't mind the drive though. There were plenty of towels in the house to spare, which was appreciated. I would stay there again!

The house is exactly as pictured and described! It is in a very nice neighborhood with lots of nearby food and shopping. Another perk is its not to far from the parks! There is a Walmart nearby so we cooked breakfast at the house before heading to the parks each day. Ann and Gary were amazing answering any questions and concerns we had. We didnt have any issues and Everyone in our party was pleased with the home and amount of space we had. It was just enough space for everyone to be together or have their own space if they wanted. The kids and adults loved the pool. And the spa was an added bonus. We paid for pool heating and the water was perfect. We would definitely stay here again when in Florida! Thanks Ann & Gary!

My family as well as extended family had the opportunity to stay at Ann and Gary’s in Clermont. The house was absolutely great! It held 20 people without a problem. The game room and swimming pool were a hit with the teenagers as well as the adults. We stayed comfortably for a week. We had one minor issue in which we contacted the property manager and he came out to fix the next day. The location of the property is just perfect. A short drive to many restaurants and stores. We found the “back road” and didn’t even have to get in the Main Street most of the time. Ann has been absolutely wonderful to work with! I go to Florida each year and will definitely be reaching out to her every year going forward!

MY FAMILY AND I VACATION 2 A YEAR IN THE DISNEY AREA AUGUST AND DECEMBER FOR THE PAST 20 YEARS. IT IS NORMALLY A PARTY OF 14-18. THE LAST HOME WE STAYED HAS PROTENTIONAL TO BE A VERY NICE HOME, HOWEVER THERE WERE ISSUE WITH IT. THE HOME WAS NOT MAINTEND. THE LINEN ON THE BEDS WERE NOT WASHED PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL. WE PAID FOR HEATING IN THE POOL, HAD TO CALLED FOR THAT TO BE DONE A FEW, STILL THE WATER WAS ICE COLD. THERE WERE ALSO ISSUES WITH THE INTERNET. DISPITE ALL THE ISSUES WE WILL SURELY COME BACK ONCE THE ISSUES ARE TAKING CARE OF.

The 8 bedrooms were perfect for our group of 8 women golfers. Each woman had their own space and there was plenty of seating on the couches for talking and seats at the large table for breakfast. The game room and pool and hot tub were a bonus. The location to grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants was fantastic. Stayed at this home for a family vacation to the Disney parks, house is very close to multiple restaurants, walgreens, CVS, walmart, dollar tree not to mention all of the Disney parks. Home is spacious, ac works great for the hot days, pool and jacuzzi are very warm for the cool nights. Fridge, washer, dryer all work great. My family and I had a very comfortable stay. We will definitely be back soon!
