We stayed in this home for a month, the location is amazing if you love to paddle board, kayak and discover the many mangrove islands that are a five minute paddle from your dock. The outside area has everything you need, from BBQ, Tiki, kayaks, bikes, tons of sitting space etc... We had a few minor issues that John, the owner addressed immediately; this was very appreciated since we have had experiences in the past in the Keys where the owner or property manager did not care at all and only wanted the rental money. The rental is great if you have teens or are more then one family, the unit has a bachelor pad (no kitchen) on the pool level that our teens loved! We loved that they had their own space. Only suggestion I would have is to purchase a few more dishes that are not plastic, but really that is the only thing that we had to complain about and it really was not a big deal at all.
