Your villa is located on the gated 5 Star Lake Berkley Resort in Kissimmee.
5 Beds, 3 Bath home that is beautifully furnished throughout (Big TV/Games Room/Heated Pool/Free Internet).
Our villa is furnished to a very high standard and being all one level is ideal for one or two families.
The villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms which can conveniently and spaciously provide for up to 10 family members' daily activities, relaxation, and enjoyment.
The main sitting room has a luxurious large full leather sofa and you can watching the huge 55-inch LED TV . From the sitting room you can see and have access to the outdoor private pool, which can be heated if required.
The master bedroom has a large bath and walk in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed. The third bedroom is a double. There are two further twin bedrooms, one of which has a Princess theme which children always adore.
The kitchen is newly renovated with a marble top surface and is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, kitchen wares, utensils and dinner sets that you will need.
The fully screened pool area has a spacious deck, great for sunbathing. The deck has all the usual chairs and loungers you will need.
This villa has high demand from previous renters, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
All guests can use, free of charge, the various facilities of Lake Berkley Resort, which includes, tennis, basketball court, volley ball, fishing on 3 lakes, golf practice nets, clubhouse, gym, outside exercise area, children’s playpark, communal pool/Jacuzzi and children’s splash pool.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa

About the owner: Johanna and Stephen are a husband and wife team that manage reservations for 40+ private villa owners in the Disney Orlando area, most of these villas are listed on Florida Rentals. We have been operating now for over 15 years. We have owned a villa in Kissimmee near Disney for 20 years and know the area very well.
We will respond to your enquiry and provide a detailed quote, there are no hidden extras. Once you are happy with the quote we will send you the booking form and provide a secure way for you to pay the $150 reservation deposit.
We have many repeat guests that book more than 12 months in advance.

We have stayed at this resort many times before in several homes and this home was beyond our expectations. It had a wonderful layout and was very clean with modern furniture. The kitchen was beautiful and the pool was the highlight of our trip. When we return this will be our first pick.

My brother and his family as well as my daughter and I stayed at this villa during her spring break. I know renting from a place that isn't a big name can come with a number of uncertainties. We were very happy to find out that we had nothing to fear.It was nice knowing that my vehicle was safe out all day while we were at the different parks, because of the gated community. You can enjoy your time between 9 and 9, but after that it's quiet hours. But, the community was quiet during our whole stay.The rooms are a good size and the living area was plenty large for all of us. The kids enjoyed hanging out in the pool. It's a good pool for relaxing, but it's not large enough to swim if you are so inclined. The enclosed area makes for a pleasant bug free evening.Overall, we were really happy with the villa. It had plenty of space for us to all be close, but not too close. No one was crammed in a room or anything, and everything was clean. I think if I had to critique something it'd be the mattresses which weren't comfortable as I like.Other notes: * I don't recall there being the hoops in the garage, kid's table with blocks, or anything like that. There was a foosball table (ball was in one of the kitchen drawers for some reason). * Make sure you bring shampoo, soap, and toilet paper; soap and toilet paper is provided but not much (there was only one toilet paper roll per bathroom) * Towels were adequate, but no wash cloths are provided so bring them if they're important to you

Latressa A.Lake Berkley Vacation Villa
My family and I visit Lake Berkley annually for the past 4 years. We used VIP Villa for the past two years. We really enjoyed our stay. It was very spacious for my family with having 4 kids. Everyone were able to have their own room. The house is always clean. If there's anything we need, they contact us back right away. We can wait to come back again next year!
