A child's playground is located around the corner to the back of the neighborhood. Sleeping arrangements include a KING, 2 QUEENS, a queen sleeper sofa, a rollaway, and a toddler bed for sleeping. Ammenities for 7 - 8 people include dishes, cookware, linen, small kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, TV's and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, books, movies, and a garage. We've even included a slow cooker, keurig/regular coffee pot, blender, ninja, grill and plenty of small extras. A nice front porch with table and chairs provides a perfect place to relax after a hard day of having fun in the sun.

Why Kids Love It
Kids love it because we are close to 2 pools...within walking distance to the water park and there's lots of Room to play. We also have a wide assortment of beach toys, floats, boogie, boards and sand toys. There is even a playground in our neighborhood that children can swing and climb on. There's putt putt (regular and black light) race tracks and game rooms galore along with a zoo, upside down house, and gulf world where you can meet and greet dolphins and other animals.
Panama City Beach is one of the MOST BEAUTIFUL beaches in the world (if not the best). White sugar sand beaches and gorgeous sunsets provide some extraordinary beach experiences. The local county pier is within minutes of our home and boast The most beautiful sunsets. !n our beautiful city you can rent boats, ski doos, parasail, take sunset and child cruises, swim, horse back ride, dinner or pirate cruises, hike or just sit. You can rent cars, golf carts, scooters, bowl, skate, watch movies, play at Dave and Busters, carnival ride, or walk around State Parks....all with 2 - 3 miles of our home and some within walking distance. .
Places you can walk to from our home are shipwreck island waterpark, Italian restaurant, Dairy Queen, Hardy's, Sonic, the bowling and skating center, the new jump zone, and of course the beach. There's even a new Starbucks around the corner.
If you're looking for Seafood the shrimp basket is within walking distance. there's pineapple Willy's, Dat cajun place, Boondocks (my favorite), Triple J's (my 2nd favorite), sharkys, shuckums, and many many more to list. Flour power is my favorite breakfast place and Hunts in town has the best oysters. Panama city beach has some of the best "eating" places there are around and most all of then are within a few miles.
Patches and Alibis are sweet local places with entertainment usually every night. Bayou on the beach is half a block away and it's got a great cajun feel. Granny Cantrells in town is good eating and Hunts is the BEST oysters anywhere. Finally Carousel is a grocery/boutique with fabulous fruits,
vegetables, and wine and a wine tasting on Saturday morning. Our county pier across the street is the parking area and easy to get to. (1 to 2 minutes away).
Usually on Saturdays at the marina and in town at St Andrew's there's a farmer's market if you'd like to saunder around for local snacks and goodies.
Our home is a perfect fit for any size family. We have a small collection of books, puzzles, games, and beach accessories. We have "stocked" our home with the things that we felt gave it a "homey" feel, and necessary items. We hope while you vacation you can relax and "FEEL RIGHT AT HOME". While we have several T.V.'s, and free wifi.

This is a nice, clean, safe place to get away and enjoy The two pools are aways refreshing and a easy walk from the house. It is a quick drive to the beach. You are tucked in away from the beach traffic but can still be there in a few minutes. It is close to everything you need . I can't wait to visit again.

Just spent the month of March and had a great time. Ann was a terrific host. This property is so convenient to everything and only 1/2 mile from the Gulf of " Mexico ". The accommodations were wonderful and very spacious and clean. We were able to find golf courses nearby and visited Panama City and Santa Rosa Beach. We would defiintely rent again.

We stayed a week with our family and everything was perfect. A 2 min drive to the beach and it wasn’t crowded. Loved the extra space to stretch out as a family (you don’t get that in the condos). Kids loved the pool (2 mins walk)..the pools were clean and not crowded we had one all to ourselves! Ann is amazing and checked on us to make sure everything was well. She gave great recommendations on food and deep sea fishing (which our boys loved). Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

This was my first visit to Panama City Beach & I just loved it there! The house, and Ann the owner, were great! Ann was there to greet us and make sure all was well and left Parlour City donuts! . I was so happy to find such a great home that also welcomed my little 5 pound Maltese! We visited Dog Beach every day which was very well kept and perfect location for walking and shopping on the pier. I enjoyed so many dog friendly stores and restaurant/bars on the waterfront - Sharkey’s, Barefoot Bar & perfect outdoor seating for eats, drinks and amazing sunsets at Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville! There was plenty of free parking everywhere. We absolutely loved the new Duplin Winery (also very dog friendly)! We also took a short road trip west to 30A, where we rented bikes and rode to all the cute little towns there! We went to Destiny Church while staying in PCB, another great and welcoming place. My favorite place for groceries, fresh coffee beans and some great Bistro meals was The Fresh Market! . I really enjoyed the house and its proximity to everything! I hope to make this an annual trip!

My wife and I have been renting Ann's unit for the months of April and October for the past several tears. The house is a 3 bedroom, very spacious with all the amenities one could want. There is an attached garage which is great for storage (in our case golf clubs and suitcases). Centrally located in Panama City Beach in a gated community, and the unit is only 4 doors down from the pools and very close to the entrance. Pricing is reasonable for the area and we look forward to returning

We stayed at this house for 3 weeks. It was perfect. Easy access to everything. A quick drive to the beach access at Miller Pier. There were always open parking spaces. Loved the fact that it had restrooms and a life guard at this pier. The beach was never very crowded. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

We just spent a week here and really enjoyed it. Close drive to beach. Very short walk to 2 pools. The neighborhood pools were very clean and relaxing and were not crowded at all. House was big enough for some privacy and had good sized areas for our group to be together eating, visiting, etc. Host family is very easy to communicate with also. Hope we can go back!

I would recommend this house for your next vacation. We had 5 adults and a dog and everyone felt very comfortable. The walk to the beach was not far but it was really too hot to walk. The kitchen is well stocked and great for cooking your family meals. It was nice to have the garage to store our chairs, fishing supplies and kayak.If I ever go back to Panama City I would stay in the same location.

The house was wonderful as always. Perfect location. My 11 year old son loves the two pools and being able to walk to them easily. We took my 72 yr old mom this time and the house was perfect and close to everything. We dont stay any where else when we go to PCB. Because tbis is by far the best place to stay. We love going to the beach early morning then coming bacj having lunch and spending the rest of the day at the pool.Thanks Ann for sharing your home!

My husband & I needed to get away for some R&R...we needed a place to stay to avoid crowds, practice social distancing, & still enjoy the outdoors & beach! We brought our dog, Teddy, who played in the dog park ON THE BEACH! You can walk to the beach (if you're in good shape) :) We cooked our own meals, so we didn't have to go to restaurants, & the kitchen had all the pots, pans, dishware & utensils needed to enjoy cooking (and dining IN). This is a wonderful home for a get away, not in the "party part" of PCB. Home is roomy, and the owners are very accommodating! STAY HERE...and STAY SAFE!

Best location in PCB to do it all! Condo is spacious and accommodating for fixing your own meals or going out! Pool and gated community keeps our children safe and water park nearby was the best! We loved going left to great food and St Andrews State Park and right to water park and Pier Park! Then straight ahead to white sandy beaches and crystal blue water! Thank you for being so easy to work with and accessible if we had a problem! (Like how to use the garage door opener!) lol.

We just got back from our vacation, it was great. We’ve stayed here yearly for several years. It’s beautiful. It’s decorated great, the beachy feel, ample room for any family. Kitchen has everything you need, you can eat at the bar or at the table, or both! The fact that it’s close to everything but not noisy and a gated community is a huge plus for me. It has two pools is nice, so if you can’t make it to the beach you can still enjoy the water. Places to check out, Cobra go karts, definitely a MUST is gulf coast burgers, right beside wicked wheel, wicked wheel is great too.. Shell island is wonderful...we love to go snorkeling there, the water is clear. Ann is amazing to deal with, always prompt response, and always friendly. You will not regret staying here.

This home was so spacious and beautiful. We had great family time without being on top of each other. The neighborhood is so safe and nice. My son and I went on many morning and evening walks. The wicked wheel is a great place to eat. And I highly recommend going to St Andrews Park. Its 8.00 a day but great ocean side and clean park.

Last September we stayed at this property and let me say...it was the best place ever! We needed a spacious place for our large family, and it was very suited for our needs. We were a bit apprehensive about not staying right on the beach but realized right off that it was not going to be an issue. The beach was close enough that our boys walked back and forth everyday. The gated community offered a feeling of safety and was super relaxing after our long days at the beach. Mrs. Ann is great! From the first time I spoke with her, I felt at ease and as if I known her forever! She was always quick to respond if we had a question and offered many suggestions that really made our vacation great. We are already planning on returning this September. This place is a gem!

My husband, teenage son and little Maltese have stayed here the past two summers and are returning this year too. The home is beautifully furnished, super CLEAN and is truly a home away from home. Nice quite gated community convenient to EVERYTHING but not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It went beyond our expectations and Ann was such a pleasure to work with. It was such an easy process. One year the oven fuse broke and she had a handyman over immediately to fix the problem. Believe me, this is the kind of service you need when you are away from home. 5 stars. You won't be disappointed.

First of all let me say that working with Ms. Ann was a dream. She was quick to respond answered all of my questions and was very pleasant. The property met exceeded all of our needs. My family including 2 toddlers , grandma, and uncle stayed here. There was plenty of space and everything we needed in the furnishings and kitchen equipment. Plus it was clean. The laundry facility was great! We enjoyed how close we were to the beach and the pool on sight was great to relax in after an afternoon in the ocean. Hopefully we will make it back one day!

We've stayed here several times and just can not express how happy we are here. It was just my husband and I and our two dogs, but we like dealing with Ann so much we just hate looking anywhere else. This house is so big and nice, very quiet neighborhood, love the location, so close to everything but far enough away too. I highly recommend booking this awesome place with amazing wonderful owners. This is like our home away from home. Places we recommend:For jet skis: Easy water sports ( they only do 2 hrs or more) ( best rates we've found)Best burgers: Chubbys bar and grill (Family friendly The wicked wheel)Shell island ferry was great too. ( Captain Andersons Marina)Hubby goes fishing every year and loves it. ( Captain Andersons Marina)Good family fun: Cobra go karts... we've done this every year and it's so much fun.DOG Friendly The beach across from Pier Park is dog friendly, only place we've found that's actually a dog friendly beach.Dairy Queen serves pup cups, wonderful treat for the dogs. Yes it is a block away. we prefer to drive however and use the free parking as we carry a lot of things to the beach, chairs towels, cooler, toys, etc.
Many pets are allowed however you must disclose your pet and discuss it with the owner before you book.
