Enjoy a sunny vacation in this "Little Slice of Heaven" beachfront condo. Large Alvins beach store is across the street, steps away from convenience store, and if you want to walk a little further the locals fav Thomas Donuts is west of condo. Located at the west end & just 2 miles from Pier Park. This beach condo offers one spacious bedroom with ensuite & a great bunk area that is perfect for kids. Queen sleeper sofa. A fully-equipped kitchen makes eating in easy with its modern, stainless steel appliances. The balcony is made for blissful, "escape from it all" moments. Perfect place to have your morning coffee and watch the evening sunsets from the privacy of the 6th floor while enjoying the shimmering waters of the Emerald Coast. When you wish to be social you can enjoy 2 outdoor pools, 2 hot tubs or use one of the many beach chairs available. Play tennis, we have courts on site.Escape to total relaxation and a vacation full of all that you desire at the Celadon. The balcony has a small table for eating outside, and 6 chairs of which 2 are reclining so you can get THE best tan.........or just take in the breathtaking views and sunsets.
THINGS TO DO: Rent a Waverunner, go Parasailing (just downstairs on the beach rentals are avaiable). Take a ferry to Shell Island - it’s only accessible by boat! Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants in a fun coastal setting, is just 2 miles from the condo. Skywheel Panama City Beach offers great views of the Gulf. Personalized tours by Florida Dolphin and Snorkel Tours are available just 20 mins from the condo. Head just over 12 miles to St. Andrews State Park and explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. PCB has an activity for every person at every age. Lobby on Level 1 has brochures for every activity imaginable). Putt Putt, Water parks, Aquariums, Swimming with the Dolphins, & so much more. Just 20 mins from 30A and its scenic route of shopping, home site seeing, and eateries. The Sea Screamer a local boat that takes you out to see the dolphins is a huge hit with many Golf & Pirates Voyage coming soon, 2 of our newest attractions in the area.
Free Beach Service (CHAIRS AND UMBRELLAS) March - October. Enjoy the service of chair attendant to adjust umbrella for optimal sun/shade.
Enjoy two pools, two hot tubs, an exercise facility, tennis courts, pickle ball, grills on ground level,, plus an air conditioned walkway from the parking garage. How close is the beach? Just take an elevtor down 6 floors, walk outside and allow the ocean to greet you.
Condo has sleeping capacity for 6, Master bedroom features a KING bed, 2 built in bunk beds in addition to the pull out Queen size sleeper sofa plus. 2 nice bathrooms!
My unit has a Reme Halo (whole home air purifier) which means if you have allergies or not, you'll be breathing air that is really clean as it's purified throughout the duct system.
NOTE: Only weekly rentals during peak summer season Memorial Day - 1st weekend in Sept.. Saturday to Saturday check in/ out.
HOA PARKING FEE: One time parking fee per stay is $45. (HOA) and collected online (instructions come once paid in full).
Please note monthly snowbird rates are only offered from Nov - end of Feb.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Weekly/Weekend stays - If you cancel after 30 days prior to occupancy your security deposit is forfeited. Any cancellation paid with a Credit Card the owner offsets the actual Credit Card fees incurred to process your payments (charge and refund) from your total paid. 1 month or longer stays require cancellation 60 days in advance or your deposit is forfeited.
SMOKING IN THE UNIT WILL RESULT IN A $300 FINE CHARGED AGAINST YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT/CREDIT CARD DEPENDENT ON METHOD OF PAYMENT USED.
NOTE: RENTALS DURING A WEEK THAT INCLUDES A HOLIDAY FROM MEMORIAL DAY - LABOR DAY ARE $80 MORE FOR THE WEEK!
HOA RULES AT THE CELADON:
1. Nobody under the age of 25 is permitted to rent.
2. No smoking on property except in grill and gazebo areas
3. Parking passes must be present while parked on any part of our facility
4. Misconduct/violation of rules is subject to guest eviction
5. Throwing, hanging, dropping or pouring of anything off of balconies.
6. Courteous and cautious parking in the parking garages (oversized vehicles/speeding)
7. Quiet hours 10pm-9am (including balcony noises, vendors, power tools, yelling, excessive music levels)

2 miles from Pier Park. The Conservation Park just off Back Beach Road at Griffin is a phenomenal place to hike and ride your bike. 30A is a quick drive. Several natural springs out 231 and also In Ponce De Leon. St Andrews Bay is lovely and it's a fun day trip over to Panama City. Alvins is across the street for your beach needs and a convenience store is easily walkable. Local Favs for food is Thomas Donuts and for groceries (The Carousel) albeit pricer than Aldi's just a bit down Front Beach close to intersection of Back Beach & Front Beach Road.

I have stayed at Celadon for 6+ years now and this is the nicest condo I have ever stayed in at this resort. We walked into the condo and I was so excited to discover how comfortable it was. The condo was so clean. One of the cleanest condos I have ever stayed in. EVERYTHING is up to date! Nyda has spent a lot of time making sure this condo is up to standards. You can tell she has put her heart and soul into it. Check in is so easy. She communicates very well throughout the process. I love staying on the West end. The traffic is bare minimum. There is a grocery store to the right about a mile and left about a mile. It is in the perfect calm location. Having the beach chairs is such a perk. I do recommend that you reserve when you get there. I recommend this condo. 5 stars hands down.

This is our second time renting this condo and it was another amazing vacation! Nyda is so quick to answer any questions and goes above and beyond what you’d expect from a host. The condo is beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail and lots of upgrades since our last stay. It’s clean and fresh- and feels like the beach both inside and out! David & N.Great place for an anniversary celebration
We booked this condo with the owner, Nyda, who was very courteous and helpful. She even recommended a great restaurant for our anniversary dinner! The condo is on the 6th floor and has a great balcony from which to view the beach as well as the sunrise and sunset. Four can sleep comfortably in the condo which has all you need for a beach vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped and streaming TVs are available if you can tear yourself away from the beach. Parking is across the street via an elevated walkway and cost $45 for a week. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Panama City Beach. Oh, yeah! The Celdon condo complex is located on the west end of the city which has less traffic than the pier area and others.

This was our first time visiting Panama City Beach and definitely won’t be our last! Nyda was so helpful and answered any questions we had. This condo was perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of room for everyone and the view from the balcony was amazing! Parking was easy and the pools were nice! I recommend this room to anyone!!

Joshgreat vacation!!!
From the moment we walked in the door the condo had a very welcoming and home like feeling with all the home decor! It definitely set the beach vibe. My three kids settled right in as if it were their own with the board games provided. The views from the balcony were great and may favorite spot to drink my morning coffee and start my day. The condo was accommodating with large beach towels and the beach service that’s included was great not having to haul canopy and chairs to the beach it was such a big help on our travels and from the beach. We will definitely stay here in the future thank you so much for your hospitality and help with making our family vacation such an easy, fun experience.

Panama City Beach was a beautiful getaway for 2 Senior Sisters. We found Unit 607 at Celadon Condos by accident, while on a whim to possibly take a Beach Vacation. We are so glad we did. Ms Faith, owner of the Unit is a friendly, easy to talk to, text with and responsible landlord. Our stay in Unit 607 was like home away from home. The Unit was very clean, nicely furnished, beautifully decorated in a low Beach feel. Everything you needed was furnished and more. Codes were easy to use for the pools, the beach chairs reserved for the unit were a special bonus. We will return many times over, if we can. Thank you Ms Faith for helping 2 Senior Sisters have a quiet, serene, peaceful week in the Sun, Sand and Beach.

Check-in was super easy. 6th floor was the perfect level to see everything. Condo was beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. Owner checked in with us during our stay and was super to work with. Celedon is a great location with well-maintained pool, elevators and common areas. We definitely recommend this owner's unit.

Faith's condo is beautiful, immaculate and convenient to everything. This is the 2nd time I've stayed and just love the conveniences and cleanliness of the condo, which is something I don't always find when traveling. Condo is beautifully decorated with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Beds and linens are very high quality. And the best thing is you can sit on the balcony and be a beach watcher. Just steps from the beach with two beach chairs and one umbrella at no extra charge. Faith is so friendly and easy to work with and is very responsive if you need anything. My favorite place to just get away from it all.

Beautifully decorated. All upgrades. Comfortable, quiet, and perfect for our vacation. The owner was unbelievably attentive and gracious. The 6th floor was perfect for privacy and especially the view of the surf and sunset (awesome). We watched a guy catch a five foot fish right off our balcony- it took him two hours to beach it. We visit twice a year to PCB and this unit is now our go to! Highly recommended! Thanks to the owner for making our vacation spectacular.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and well maintained. It was modern and well appointed. Nyda was prompt in correspondence and she was very helpful. It had everything we needed to make dinners and lunches. The twin bunks were full sized for my kids. My son is about six feet and he had no problem sleeping. Having a washer and dryer at the beach is a must have for us. Our kids played volleyball (lighted) at night on the beach. It was very safe.We enjoyed the free beach chairs. This is the first time where we had the same beach chairs reserved all week. We normally have to go reserve them every day. Make sure to check this is true with the beach workers. We have stayed in this building before and would come back. Family friendly and a nice area of the beach. No too crowded considering it was spring break. We have been coming to pcb for years. We find the other side of pcb too busy and dirty. We enjoyed our stay and Nyda was a wonderful host. Thanks!
