Coral Reef 803 has a large wideopen feel in a well kept property on the East end of Panama City beach. The condo has a remodeled kitchen, both baths with new tiled showers and ALL NEW furniture, with almost 1500 sq ft. 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath. Tile flooring throughout, WIFI & cable with HBO on new flat screen TVs. The condo has 9 foot ceilings with crown molding, and a keypad lock for the convenience of our guests.
We rent our own condo's and only family has stayed here intermitenly for the last 24 months as our family's beach home.
Panama City Beach and Coral Reef is a GREAT place for you next beach vacation with sandy white spacious beaches and convinent location on the Florida Panhandle. Easy drive from mid-US with a close International Airport. Coral Reef located on Thomas Dr. is close to some of the best local restaurants, Pier Park, shopping, golf courses, marinas and several local Entertainment spots.
The Master Bedroom has a King Bed with ALL New furniture, new mattress and flat screen TV, 2 vanity areas in bath, Walk-In Closet and new extra large walk-in shower.
The 2nd Bedroom has a King Bed with ALL New furniture, new mattress and flat screen TV with private bath with new walk-in shower.
The Kitchen is spacious and NEWLY STOCKED with a full kitchen of utensils and small appliances. It also has a dining area with table and 4 Chairs. New lighting, back splasah and microwave. The bar area has 3 high top chairs with backs.
The laundry closet has a new stack Washer and Dryer.
The Family Room has a Gorgeous full beach view and comfortably seats 10 people. It features a New 70" Flat Screen TV, new comfortable L-shaped couch with sleeper and new recliner.
The Dining Area has a new High Top Table with 6 Chairs.
The Large Balcony features a straight on Beach View and has a table with 4 chairs and a padded lounger. The balcony is over 130 sf with a gorgeous view all the way to the west end of the beach.
Parking pass is $20 cash per car and paid to the HOA at Coral Reef office.
Damage deposit of $300 required and refunded upon departure, with credit card fees retained by Square (2.9%). Credit card fees apply to refunded amounts as charged by Square.

Cancelation policy: Full refund if more than 60 days prior to reservation. Sixty days to 45 days prior to reservation, re-booking fee of $300. If less than 45 days to arrival, then there will be a 25% penalty of rental. If less than 30 days, there will be no refund. State of Florida Executive Orders and PCB local ordinances will be followed.

Everything was amazing. We had everything we needed then entire stay. House was clean. Shower was the best thing ever. Went here for our daughter’s spring break then she didn’t go so mom and dad went for a week and was the best relaxing week. 100% we will be going back to stay.

This is such am awesome place with the view of the gulf right off you're huge balcony. The 2 bedrooms are great with comfortable King beds and each has its own bathroom The host was awesome and there if you need them. Location is one of the best in PCBI will definitely rent again

We absolutely loved our condo! Very clean & very updated! The pools were spotless & clean! Access to the beach was very easy! The exercise room was spotless & well stocked with equipment & weights! Excellent view of the ocean from the gym window! Plenty of parking! Jim & his wife are excellent hosts. They are very easy to converse with & constantly kept us informed! This condo is amazing! It was perfect for our family. The decor and furnishings seem to be brand new, and the beds were so comfortable. Even though we just used the basics in the kitchen, it seemed to have anything those who do a lot of cooking on vacation should need. The view from the balcony and the beach are beautiful. The pools are very nice as well. The owners were so easy to work with, and answered all our questions very quickly. We definitely hope to stay here again.

I’ll start by saying I would definitely rent this unit again. It was perfectly located for all our favorite restaurants and things to do. The furnishings were comfortable and nice. There was plenty of space and everyone enjoyed their stay. I like people to know more of what they are getting though and where it differs from the description. The kitchen is big and equipped, but the equipment is very dated. The pots and pans are old and all feel like the handles will fall off at any time. The oven took forever to warm up but there is an air fryer and indoor grill to make it a little more convenient. The washer and dryer are nice but the washer leaked and we had to keep a towel on the floor. The mattresses were ok but you could tell they were well used and just had mattress pads on them. There are no black out curtains in either bedroom so it was bright both rooms all night due to the outside lights. The bathrooms are spacious and have been updated but the cabinets were very low and there was zero water pressure and I mean zero. Washing even my child’s hair was tough. There is also no tub, not an issue, just letting you know. Of course, not the fault of the rental but the condo building was doing repairs so we had to listen to banging and sanding constantly. They had signs posted that they were improving hurricane Michael issues but it was pretty aggravating. The walls are paper thin so we could everything, even someone moving their chair upstairs was loud. I think I covered everything that we had issues with. The pools were fantastic and rarely crowded. The HOA for coral reef apparently makes it so that no canopies can be placed in front of the rental chairs which would be fine but they have the chairs way back from the water so our rent had to be back even farther. The condo did not come with beach chairs. I will say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the condo was worth it, it was just the luxurious experience we were hoping for. Mr Jim was very responsive. Hope this review gives lots of insight and makes you more prepared for your stay.

"Thanks for a through review, just a couple updates! Both the washer/dryer and oven didn’t have any issues, I had them warranty serviced after your review, both are 3 months old. Water pressure is normal for our building, sorry! All mattress are a year old and slept on maybe 1/2 of the nights total, the master was a bit hard for my wife and we added a foam topper to soften it. Kitchen has about everything because we stay in the condo for several months each year, we will purchase new pot/pans!"

The condo was better than the pictures reflected! most everything was new, new furniture and appliances. Kitchen was fully stocked. Pools and beach were great with easy access. Parking was close and when asked a question in front office they were very helpful. Will return ASAP to this condo. S
