Loved the Private Beach Access!

We had a great time on our annual girl's beach trip! I appreciated the prompt owner response and communication, and the private beach access was awesome! Definitely recommend this rental!

Peace and Sea-Renity!

We are annual PCB vacationers…. This was the first time, however, we had opted for (1) a beach house and (2) being off the beachfront. I will be perfectly honest, I didn’t know how I would react/feel after decades of “condo trips.” I can honestly say we did NOT miss the condo scene! No crowds. No elevators!! No long waits for showers or just getting back up to your room. The walk from this house to the beach is short and before you have time to count steps, you’re on the beach and in a wonderful, relatively private area! Only one of our eight days did we have people “close” to us and even then, it was a far cry from the shoulder to shoulder chairs and umbrellas we had become accustomed to with condo rentals. Stacey is always just a text or email away and ready to help however she is needed. Space was plentiful and everything it seems has been thought of that you might need while on vacation. I can highly recommend this rental and assure you to book with confidence!

Excellent location, Icy A/C and everything you need!

Our group had a wonderful stay at Sea-Renity. The house is so close to the beach you barely get started and you're there! Since it's a private access point there is significantly fewer people and we had lots of space to spread out. The house had everything we needed for the beach - lots of towels, chairs, a wagon, umbrella & toys!The house was also fully stocked for hanging out. Games, dishes, pots/pans, basic seasonings, dish & laundry pods, both Keurig and traditional style coffee makers. Coffee on the beautiful sky deck is a morning must! The grill had all the necessary tools and was in perfect working order. Everything but the beach is just a short drive away.This house allows pets - we didn't bring any - but there was absolutely no evidence of pets. The house was very clean and smelled lovely.Finally - the A/C - oh my goodness! Worked like a champ!!Thank you for sharing your home with our group - we had a great time and can't wait to come back!

Panama City Beach

Beautiful Home!

We rented the home in Lynn Haven, which is lovely. The house is tastefully decorated and has high end appliances and cookware. I loved drinking coffee in the morning in the sun room. It was also a great spot for reading books. I appreciated the fact that the owners allowed us to bring our fur baby. There is a nice dog park (A.L. Kinsaul Park) that is less than 2 miles from the house. Our dog met lots of friends there. Leslie Porter Wayside Park is also very close. It has a beach and nice picnic areas. There are a lot of dining options in the area. Our favorite was Uncle Ernie's, which is only a 15 minute drive away. We only drove into Panama City Beach a few times -- mostly for the shops and dining options at Pier Park. Stacey was wonderful to work with and responded to our questions quickly.

Panama City

We were happy with our accommodations. They were comfortable and nice. We had wonderful views of the water from our balcony, where we could watch the turtles and carp swim, and see the magnificent light show.

Amazing!!

Plenty of room for the family and the dogs. Everything needed was avaliable. The only thing we wish was avaliable was the the skydeck. It was not approved to be accessed at the time but even with that we were steps away from a perfect sunset...We will continue to stay here for years to come....

Sunny Christmas vacation

Nice property for 9 guests. Pools and location to beach wonderful. You can walk across the street to Walmart. Soft beds too.

Stacey is so helpful and available! The house is cute, clean and the location is perfect! Our family loved the private beach, skydeck off of the house, corner lot, pet friendly and comfortable atmosphere.

Comfortable place to stay

All the comforts of home. Had a really good time playing the putt putt course in the back yard at the home. Also had ping pong, fosse ball table and only a couple of blocks away from the beach (walking distance). There were 12 of us and everyone had a great time. Not to far from the activities we wanted to do. I can't think of anything the home was missing, we bought groceries and made ourselves at home. I would recommend this if your looking for a 5 bedroom home (could be 6). Steve, the agent was wonderful to work with.

Awesome place

This place was not only beautiful but had so much to offer. We had so much fun. Very spacious and offered alot. It was not far from beaches and close to stores in case you need to run and get something. Quiet neighborhood.

Family vacation

The house was very nice in a great area. Our family of 8 adults had plenty of room. We utilized the garage bedroom. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. We thoroughly enjoyed the outside area which included so much seating, a large tv and an additional refrigerator. The walk to the beach is very short and easy. We were there Memorial weekend and although it was public beach access, it was not horribly crowded. Very family friendly. The owner’s communication was excellent.
