Phyllis H.Perfect condo for boaters
This one bedroom condo is perfectly located steps from the wet slips at Burnt Store Marina. BTW the restaurant at the Marina is surprisingly good. We had dinner there several nights. Condo was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the kitchen equipment one could need. Rooms are large; internet worked very well, screened lanai for dining al fresco. Generous supply of linens and towels. Comfortable mattress on king bed. We stayed two weeks and hope to return. Manager of property answered our few questions immediately. Such a great find.

Steps away from Cass Cay, pool, marina. Very quiet building and ample parking. The unit was well equipped, full kitchen, washer & dryer and king size bed. Have recommended this unit to friends and would stay here again.
