What a great sunset view from this house! Fun in the sun surrounds this spot right on a wide canal with excellent access to fishing either the Gulf or the Atlantic side. Any outdoor enthusiast would be content here as the boating, diving, snorkeling, or kayaking is right out your back door.
After a long day of fishing, you can cook your catch on the gas grill in the outdoor, tiki-hut kitchen, or in the well-appointed, updated kitchen upstairs. There are two large bedrooms, two bathrooms and an amazingly comfortable living room and outdoor screened-in porch for more than adequate relaxation for all.

Please note that rates are subject to change without notice and that seasonal, holiday and special events may be higher.
Regarding cancellations: 60 days prior to arrival, deposits will be refunded in-full. If the cancellation occurs within 60 days of the arrival date, a $75.00 administrative fee will be retained.

This house has just about every and anything you could need. Very quiet and nice area. Owners went out of their way to ensure our stay was as stress free as possible! We had a 19’ boat docked at the canal in back of home. Downstairs ice machine was a big help along with the chest freezer downstairs, refrigerator downstairs as well. We had a great time first two weeks, then cooler weather approached and was a bit chilly. Overall, very positive vacation in January
