Nicely styled kitchen with granite counters and newer appliances and a small breakfast bar to enjoy morning coffee and snacks.
The living area is roomy with leather furniture and a big screen TV. In addition, there is a sunroom with another living area for those who like to watch their favorite shows. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, definitely a complete floor plan.
Dockside is lovely with a covered patio area and fish cleaning table. Lots of space with plenty of dockage and easy access out to South Pine Channel for hours of fun in the sun.

Deposits and subsequent payments are accepted in the form of personal checks. 50% of remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The full balance must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that rates are subject to change without notice and that seasonal, holiday and special events may be higher.
Regarding cancellations: 60 days prior to arrival, deposits will be refunded in-full. If the cancellation occurs within 60 days of the arrival date, a $75.00 administrative fee will be retained.
