Collier Blvd. It is on the corner of San Marco and Collier Blvd.
The public beach access is about 1/4 mile north of condo.

Nancy M.Wonderful location, quiet neighborhood. View from lanai awesome. Condo neat, clean and well equipped.
The Sands is a great place to stay. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, shops, and theater. Plenty of parking space available. The grounds, pool and hot tub were well kept. Even had cute burrowing owls in the lawn! Sunset views of the gulf from the lanai were amazing! Condo was neat and clean, lots of amenities, convenient washer and dryer, comfortable well-equipped kitchen. Host very helpful, even provided a local map and suggestions for restaurants and general info on the island! Short drive to Naples and Goodland. Overall, a great experience!

Great Condo that is fully equipped, even includes beach towels and toys! Central location to all Marco Island activities. We really enjoyed the sunset views from the condo lanai. We cant' wait to return!
