Cancellations made over 60 days will receive a full refund IF it gets rented again, and pay a $50.00 processing fee plus applicable taxes.
Cancellations made less than 30 days will receive a 50% refund and pay a $50.00 processing fee plus applicable taxes. If the unit gets rented after the cancellation, then a full refund will be made, however the $50.00 cancellation fee (and applicable taxes) will still apply.
Cancellations made less than 14 days will have no refund and will forfeit $300.00 deposit and pay a $50.00 processing fee plus applicable taxes.

If you are looking for 2 bedroom condo I'm a quite area look no further. We stayed here for 6 days great beach. Condo decorated so beachy Kenneth the owner answers email quick. Office personal great easy check in. Condo has tons of towels many beach chairs. Restaurants close by our favorite was Off the Hook and North Turn get out door seating over look the ocean plus a band.

Margaret R.Lovely oceanfront condo
This was the most gorgeous appartment.The oceanview private balcony was great,straight down on to quieter part of beach,good pool.The whole place was kept very clean every day in all areas.The rooms were all very nicely decorated and good quality items and well equipped.Ken the owner was very helpful and answered all my emails immediately.Glynnis in the office was so lovely and friendly and helped us out with any enquiries we had.The only reason I couldn't quite give 5 stars was sadly because the room above (410) was obviously let out to several different lots of guests during our 3 week stay and all were very noisy right through to early hours of night with kids running about,lots of bumping,thumping,slamming doors,shutting drawers and patio doors,flushing toilets-surprised how much the noise carried right through the ceiling! Also the poor house next door had suffered hurricane damage sadly and there was major construction work going on with lorries bringing sand,heavy plant equipment with annoying reversing bleepers going from 8 am 5 days a week and they were actually piling for first few days.We absolutely sympathise with the owners of the house and of course the work has to be done as miles of beachfront properties suffered damage and it has to be repaired and it's not the contractors fault ,they cannot do this sort of work quietly !!!!! BUT had we been made aware of situation we probably wouldn't have stayed there as last year we stayed in an awful hotel in Ormond Beach as they had noisy refurbishment works going on so we chose to book a condo instead as we thought it would be less stressful and more peaceful.But this was completely out of the control of the owner (who couldn't be nicer) and the office (who again we could not speak highly enough of) so slightly disapointed with noise,but would definately recommend this beautiful place.Sorry just being honest.would stay here again though.

Check-in process was super simple and located on the property. The rooms were spacious and clean. Great view from the balcony. The furniture was comfortable. Great location out of the way but yet super close to everything you would want to access.

Cindy S.Great Unit - Great View
Great well stocked unit on quiet end of the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella etc., for guest use. We had 4 adults and 1 child. It was set up perfectly for our needs. Great cold A/C, ceiling fan in every room, something that was very important to us. All beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Owner was great to work with, would stay in this unit again.
