1495 sq. ft. Freshly stocked 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Our unit is on the top (5th) floor with views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Intracoastal Waterway. Fully air-conditioned unit sleeps 8 people comfortably. Fully tiled, no carpet!.
The unit contains a full size washer and dryer, free of charge. There is a large parking lot in front of the building, with 2 spaces available, free for renters. Beach towels & chairs available for guest use.
A built-in security safe located in the master suite.
On a private beach, private pool and spa, private fishing pier, private picnic and BBQ area create the perfect paradise.
The building has both elevators are stairs. There are restaurants, taverns, shopping and attractions all around. From amusement parks, gulf, Lowry Park Zoo, cultural centers, sporting events, museums, casinos, aquariums, theaters, wildlife sanctuaries, etc... with 14 miles of sandy beaches you'll never be bored, unless by choice!

Unique Benefits
I fell in love with this condo initially because of its location. My girls were babies at the time of purchase and I wanted a vacation property to be stress-free. The thought of packing up all our beach needs, dragging it & my babies to a spot 'steps from the beach' or "near the beach" didn't sound stress-free. I didn't want to be 'near' the beach, I wanted a property ON the beach. Our building is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. I love to simply walk outside & this stunning beach is at your feet.
We also have both a pool & hot tub. They're heated year-round.
Parking at a beach location typically comes at a premium. Not here,- with your rental, you'll receive 2 parking permits.
Our condo has a private fishing pier. There are a few piers on the beach, but you'll have to pay for admission. Not on our pier! You'll have access to this amazing pier that's private to our building. I feel grateful every time I step foot on it. NOTE: 2024's back to back hurricanes wiped out our pier. Our association is working on rebuilding our pier

We, our family of 8, had a great time. The room was very spacious, well equipped, and comfortable. We have a 5-year old and an 8 month old and there were baby/kid items for the beach along with 2 sleep and plays and a hi chair. Beach chairs and towels were also provided. We had a few issues that were taken care of immediately. The location on the beach was spectacular and we enjoyed watching the sunset every evening. We would not hesitate to book this condo again. The location is amazing! This condo is large and well appointed. I'm amazed that I was able to book a 3 bedroom/2 bath, on the Gulf, for less than a standard hotel room. The owner (Cindy) was very friendly & helpful. She made it easy book, answered all our questions and made us feel right at home. She has the condo well-stocked for cooking & even had beach toys for the kids. Best of all, my husband really enjoyed fishing off their private pier! I haven't found that available at any other location. It also has both a pool & hot tub.
