Our cleaners only use EPA approved cleaning products on all surfaces and spray remote controls, light switches, door handles, etc. They follow the cleaning protocol in the CDC guidelines that have been found to be effective against viruses.
We use hospital/lab level WHOLE HOUSE ATOMIZED AIRBORNE DISINFECTION on the day of your arrival. You will be the first people going into the house after it has been disinfected. The odorless atomized particles are diffused in the environment in the form of a dry fog, which saturates perfectly and uniformly on every square inch of free surface, killing 99.9999% of viruses including SARS-COV-2 (COVID-19), bacteria, and fungi.

Welcome to Rotonda West - a peaceful, planned community situated near the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in southwest Florida. It is located mid-way between Sarasota and Fort Myers. The community is predominantly full-time homeowners and their families, as well as tenants and those who winter in the community.

This was a lovely home, the beds were clean and comfortable. We loved having a heated pool. Everything we needed was in the house did not lack for anything in the kitchen. The house was really clean our only complaint was we had to wash some of the dishes before we used them. It was great for our first 3 week rental and would return if we were going back.

The accommodations of the home were lovely- the home is beautiful, very comfortable and was very comfortable. The pool was also wonderful!! The location is very close to the beaches, approx. 10 mi ride, and also many great restaurants along the way. Highly recommend if you are looking for a well-tended to place to stay that is close to the beach and has a pool! enjoy :)

First impressions always are the what you judge your experience on, well this place went beyond our expectations. Furniture was well coordinated throughout entire home, giving you a home away from home feel. Pool was amazing, with the fountain, benches and table perfect for relaxing after a day at the many beaches within minutes of the home. Who needs to cook when there are dining options abroad just minutes from you, but if you chose too kitchen is well supplied for as well as grill in pool area. Loved the place will be booking again for sure.
