Little Bit O' Heaven is in Building #1 in Beachside Villas and is along the 'Road less Traveled' as you can see in all the pictures, a premium building which is closest to the tennis court, pool and clubhouse but still a straight shot to the beach in just over 100 yards.

Our newly updated 2 bedroom unit is “Ground level- No Stairs” and part of the exclusive cul-de-sac parking area directly in front of our unit. Your 2 cars will be only 10 steps to unload kids, groceries, beach toys and even grandma. Then, when you are ready to go the beach just stroll down the grassy knoll and head toward the dunes along the dead end street.

When you enter the unit you will be in our cozy living room and then into the fully equipped kitchen with bar stool counter seating and an additional 2 seat table and chairs for dining. All rooms have HD flat screen TV's.

This home offers a very comfortable living area, master bedroom w/ king bed, and a walk-in closet and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two full beds, so the unit comfortably sleeps 6.

We have all updated appliances and a lot of special amenities that others just don’t offer. Bring your laptop and use our free wireless internet service.

We know many of you are coming from far away and can’t pack all the things you would like to make your family's stay easy and fulfilling. We have thought of everything. We have listened to our renters and we offer as much as reasonably possible when you rent with us.

The laundry closet has a stacked washer and dryer, and is next to the utility closet.

Beachside Villas is ideally located away from the crowds and away from the ever increasingly busy traffic of Hwy 30A, BUT is still just a quick stroll or ride from the scenic, and now famous, Timpoochee bike trail along 30A.

Restaurants a short distance from Beachside Villas include the Old Florida Fish house and JC's Seafood. Angelina's Pizza and Pasta and Café “30A”.

For more action, Seaside is 2-3 miles west with their great restaurants and lots of shops that include wonderful art galleries and interesting boutiques. Rosemary Beach is 5 miles east with cobblestone streets, wine and tapas bars, boutiques, and fine dining.

For busy night life besides Seaside and Rosemary Beach, Destin is 15 miles west and Panama City’s Pier Park is 13 miles east with plenty of restaurant/bars, most with outdoor seating.
