Unit #1 is the west corner unit at Sugar Dunes with a wrap-around deck and a garage directly underneath. The complex is a gated community with a private beach for owners and renters. The unit has an exclusive door on the beachside deck that leads directly to just a few stairs connecting you to the private beach.

Our 24-unit complex has unique southside stairs directly from the private decks of each unit. With our 2nd-floor corner accommodation, "you can't be closer" to the wonderful beaches of South Walton. Included with your stay is the daily setup of 2 premium umbrellas and 4 lounge chairs, which provide uncompromised beach enjoyment like no other condominiums in the Seagrove area.

The Myer family has owned this corner unit for 25 years and continues to upgrade it yearly with new furniture and smartly decorated rooms for maximum comfort and beach living. This year, the bathrooms were all renovated, and the owner upgraded fixtures to the current standards of modern beach condominiums.

The unit features 3 bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy. Two bedrooms boast comfortable king-size beds with private bathrooms, while the 3rd bedroom is perfect for children or adults with 2 bunk beds featuring full beds on the bottom.

The unit comfortably sleeps 8 adults, making it a perfect family-friendly accommodation.

The living room and dining room, both beachfront, offer large windows that provide stunning views from the fully stocked kitchen. The living room offers a new corner-wrapped luxury sofa. A new dining table comfortably seats 8 to 10, with additional seating for 4 at the counter. The spacious kitchen features new cabinets with fresh hardware and plenty of cooking and serving essentials.

The living room includes the new luxurious wrap-around sofa and 2 accent chairs. The brilliant 75-inch smart television has DVR recording, so you won't miss your favorite shows or sporting events while at the beach. Using personal TV codes, you can stream any movie or show in any room in the condo.

Beautiful tile floors embellished with tasteful accent rugs throughout the spacious three bedrooms, along with lovely artwork and new furniture, create a calming atmosphere for the perfect beach vacation.

Of course, nothing is better than being right on the beach with the gorgeous west corner sunsets visible right off the wrap-around deck of this beautiful designer unit. This unit has a two-car garage directly under the condo, providing plenty of storage for bikes, fishing gear, or beach toys and an extra refrigerator for added convenience.

The primary renter must be 25 years or older and stay at the property throughout the rental period.

Sugar Dunes is an exclusive gated community with a maximum of 2 vehicles allowed per condo in designated parking spots. Anyone found with more than 2 vehicles (unless unloading) will be towed at the renter's expense. Vehicles parked outside garages must be parked in designated spaces, and parking passes must be displayed at all times during your stay. No golf carts, boats, trailers, RVs, or jet skis are allowed on the property.
