Destiny East Community Pool & Spa will be HEATED from March 5-April 15, 2023!

Located in Destiny East, Tre Vista is the perfect place to spend your next family vacation! Beach Reunion is proud to offer to our guests this beautiful and spacious vacation home featuring an immaculate layout for family vacations and a beautiful pool and spa overlooking Four Prong Lake! This 7-bedroom, 3.5 bath home will feature use of a luxurious kitchen and dining area, large king bedrooms and gulf views from balconies surrounding the home.

Upon entry, guests will find an inviting and open-air foyer with a seating area and beautiful views out the sliding glass doors. Tre Vista features a fresh and updated kitchen and dining room with space for the entire family to enjoy time together. Luxurious accents and amenities at every turn with granite countertops, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, oven, gas cooktop range, dishwasher and microwave. The dine in island/breakfast bar features seating for 5 on barstools as well as a breakfast nook for 4. The well-crafted and cozy dining room off the kitchen has seating for 12 guests with beautiful views surrounding the table.

Just off the kitchen and dining area, enjoy a cup of coffee or a movie night in the living room with seating for the whole family, a large flat screen TV and DVD player. Step outside to the patio where there’s plenty of seating and what could be the crown jewel of this property, the pool. This beautiful pool/spa area boasts an overflow spa, plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing and lots of space to splash around. You’ll also see how Tre Vista got it’s name, with three separate views of the pool, the lake and the gulf! Enjoy use of the private BBQ grill or lounge by the pool for even more Florida sunshine and fun.

Head inside when the day ends for a good night’s rest in one of 4 King Bedrooms or the quaint custom-built daybed room with beautiful views. On the first floor, sleeping arrangements include 3 King Beds, 2 Queen Beds and use of two full and one half bath. Up the stairs, guests will enjoy an additional King Suite and the daybed room with 2 twin daybeds for catching max relaxation with a view. Both bedrooms on the second floor share a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. The access to the large wraparound balcony is just out the door from the daybed nook. This property also features a laundry room with washer and dryer on the first floor.

From the front door to the crystal-clear pool, we know that Tre Vista would be perfect for your next family getaway to celebrate a holiday, a birthday or to watch the big game. Enjoy all of the amenities that the gated community of Destiny East has to offer including tennis courts, a community pool and long walking/running trails throughout. This location has close access to the Destin Commons shopping center as well as Destin’s finest dining.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

* BEACH ACCESS: This home has PUBLIC beach access at the Crab Trap.

* This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Peak Summer months.

* No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.

* BEACH SERVICE: Available for Rent through La Dolce Vita at the "Crab Trap Beach Restaurant and Bar."

*Weddings/Events - Not Permitted at this Property per Destiny East Regulation.

VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Electric Street Legal Golf Cart Rentals — We offer electric street legal golf cart rentals to Beach Reunion guests only and at a substantially lower rate than our competitors in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. By reserving a cart rental through us you will not have to worry about any of that unwanted dirt or sand getting into your car while trying to enjoy your vacation! We even deliver for free!

Pool Heat — From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)

Bathrooms: Message Body Bar, Body Lotion, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand/Body Bar, and Linen Spray. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Kitchen Wipes, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.
