Being the end home, it is nestled next to lush mangroves and the ocean offering a lot more privacy. It is also the largest model with an additional Family Room and more square footage overall - giving everyone plenty of room to mingle or just chill.
There are beautiful ocean views including of Indian Key Historic State Park and the Alligator Lighthouse. An ocean access channel runs just out front and you can watch the dolphins, manatees or spinner sharks swim by. Enjoy your morning coffee and a phenomenal sunrise from one of the multiple oceanfront decks. Afternoons, lounge around the heated & chilled oceanfront pool taking in the panoramic views or launch your kayak from the private beach area and paddle over to Indian Key. For those who like to fish, the observation pier offers a place to catch your next dinner.
Although no permanent dockage is provided, world renown Robbie’s is just across the street and does offer transient dockage as well as watersports rentals, fishing & snorkeling charters and a restaurant. Within a few miles are other options for your boat and dining as well. Your fishing guide is welcomed to dock at the pier to pick you up & drop you off.
On the main level of The Beach House is the Great Room which offers amazing ocean views with plenty of room for everyone to gather. This room opens to a covered deck to take in the vista and ocean breezes. On cooler nights (yes, even in The Keys) enjoy the fireplace in the Living Room. The Osprey Nest in your front yard is active during the winter months and it is mesmerizing to watch Mom, Dad and babies interact.
The Gourmet Kitchen offers a Wolf 6 burner gas stove/electric oven; microwave draw and warming oven. Bosch Silence dishwasher and Sub-Zero Refrigerator. A Butler’s Pantry is off the kitchen with full size washer/dryer and plenty of storage for all your provisions. There is an extra microwave, coffee makers and ice maker as well. The kitchen is very well equipped whether whipping up a gourmet fish dinner with your latest ‘catch’ or whipping up a batch of margaritas.
Tucked between the kitchen and rear Bedroom Suite is a large Family Room with a bar offering a wine cooler and undercounter refrigerator draws. The perfect place to make your evening cocktails, hold game night or watch your favorite sports games on the large screen TV. Plenty of puzzles, games and books are on hand for all ages. This is the only rental home in Tarpon Point to offer this additional living space.
After a long day of play, take a luxurious spa shower or enjoy some quiet time on your personal deck/balcony. There are four ensuite bedrooms (3 with private decks/balconies), all with spa showers. There is an additional ½ bath on main living floor.
The large Primary Suite situated on the oceanfront on the top floor has panoramic ocean views with a private terrace. For quiet time, the sitting nook, gives you a bird’s eye view of The Osprey Family or a place to finish your favorite beach read. There is also a second fireplace. Refresh in the spa shower or relax in the whirlpool tub. This is the life!
A three-stop elevator starts at the ground level with a large covered brick patio where the entire family can prepare and enjoy al fresco dining with the cooler ocean breezes. Gas BBQ, dining table for 8 and a sectional sofa round out the ground level. Lounge in the sun, play corn hole or bocci. Kayaks and fishing rods are also available.
The ‘Beach House’ offers the highest level of amenities, furnishings and is designed to make your vacation a truly relaxing and memorable one. This is an owner direct rental and therefore there are no additional fees. You will have direct contact with us at all times to handle any issues or questions. This unit on Islamorada provides wonderful oceanfront views. Our group included five retired women who all worked together in the past. We try to make a reunion vacation happen once a year. This is the most accommodating space we have stayed in. With plenty of comfy beds and each bedroom with its own bathroom, we felt spoiled.during our one week stay. The unit has everything you need. The pool area was beautiful. The home was clean and well appointed. The location was great for restaurants, shopping, fishing charters, and a day trip to the Turtle Hospital and to Key West. We’d love to come back again!

Impressive location. View from master bedroom is fantastic. House was clean, comfortable, well furnished and great layout. Area is easy to navigate and lots of great restaurants close bye. Green Turtle was our favorite. Enough attractions and shopping to keep you busy. We did several excursions on the water. Sundiver has a great snorkeling trip in Key Largo not far away. Sam was most helpful in any questions or concerns we had. Very quick to respond. Even sent us chocolates for a minor hiccup. You will not be disappointed if you rent this location.

Beautiful home, gorgeous views….this home has everything and more! We have been vacationing in Islamorada for the past 10 years and have rented many different places, but this was by far the nicest and most comfortable place we’ve ever stayed. We hope to go back next year! All the of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom, which is really nice, lots of closet space and large tv’s in every room. The living room offers gorgeous views of the water, and there is another den area with wine bar, wine refrigerator and a built in 2 drawer fridge. In between the living area and den area is a large gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances. It was actually a pleasure to cook! With my husband and myself, two grown sons and one wife, we all had plenty of space to spread out. The pool is beautiful too. With only 12 houses in the community, the pool was never crowded, The whole area is perfectly maintained, is not loud or noisy and makes for a very peaceful and relaxing vacation! Thank you to the owners, who were a pleasure to work with.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Islamorada. The Beach House was very well appointed and comfortable for our party of 8; lots of room to spread out, and yet plenty of seating in order to gather too. I have formal culinary training, and very much appreciated being able to cook our haul from our charter, as well as our lobsters from our mini-season catch with ease and convenience in the professional kitchen. We loved the Tarpon Point pool, and fished and snorkeled off the dock daily. The kayaks were a nice addition as well. Having Robbies across the street for a quick drink or a bite to eat was handy, but the house is close to everything that the area offers. I definitely recommend a stay at The Beach House!

We loved our vacation in Islamorada at The Beach House at Tarpon Point. It was one of the best vacations we ever had! The house was great, it was clean, and the furniture was comfortable. The house had a great layout with two family rooms. Our kids were able to have some fun gaming at night, but they weren’t cut off from the rest of the family while doing it. I wish I had this layout at my own home. The views from the house are breathtaking and the house is beautiful. We found the pool very useful. The location was great also. We loved going to Founders Park nearby. If you show the rental agreement there is no charge to enter, the beach is great and it's not too crowded. We loved The Beach House at Tarpon Point so much and look forward to coming back. Thank you for providing such a great rental experience.

This home is stunning from top to bottom and all around. Our family, ranging from 18-75 years of age, found this home to be spacious, comfortable, and well equipped for cooking, relaxing, and having fun outdoors. We fished, kayaked, swam in the pool and waded in the sea. We found seashells and hermit crabs outside and comfy sheets and towels, and basic essentials, like spices and condiments, inside. Our hosts were responsive and accommodating. Impressed by the elevator, the sunsets, the amazing night sky, and water pressure in the showers.

We could not have been happier at this exquisite home. It was clean, in a great location, and the pool was awesome! The marina across the street is within walking distance and they have food, shopping, and delicious Shave Ice. When booking, Sam was kind and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We will definitely be coming back to The Beach House.
