I needed a quick and quiet getaway and this was perfect. We stay at this condo in June every year. So I already knew the place was comfortable and with a gorgeous view of the beach. The November vibe is so different from the one in June. Even though it’s the same place it’s different. I’m thinking about adding a yearly trip in November now.

What a great retreat for the winter! Beautiful views, well-equipped condo, close to great restaurants and shopping. We loved being on the 11th floor... stunning 180 view of the beach and water, awesome location to watch the sunsets. Tim was amazing to work with. We are already planning our next stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The view from the condo was awesome. Easy access to the beach. I especially liked the keyless entry. Through the years, other places we have visited had physical keys that we had to keep up with. It was nice to be able to use the keypad. The staff at the Sunbird was very courteous and attentive. Tim, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. We had to change our plans slightly during the reservation process, but Tim was very understanding and helpful.

I couldn't have ask for a better place to celebrate my birthday. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and the view was breath taking. I will definitely be staying here again when i go back to PCB. The deposit will hold your reservation and also ensure that the property is left in good condition. Deposit is refundable and refund usually will be sent within 48 hours of check out.
Payment is due 30 days prior to stay. If you cancel 15 days period prior to stay, you will receive a 50% refund. No refund within 14 days of stay other than cleaning fee. If payment is not paid 30 days prior to stay, reservation is subject to cancellation and deposit will be forfeited. No refunds for weather or emergencies other than outlined in the terms/conditions agreement.
