• Shores of Panama charges a $115 resort registration fee which includes parking passes and pool wristbands
• Prior to arrival you will receive a link to pay and complete registration which generates a QR code for check-in. You will receive 10 wristbands and two parking passes for your stay.
• Show the QR code to security upon arrival to receive your parking pass and wristbands
• A Ring video/audio doorbell is located outside the front door
• Exterior stucco repairs to the building may occur during daytime hours

We lucked up and found this unit available for Memorial Day weekend. It was a quiet, family-friendly environment, not over-crowded and we were overall very pleased. We loved that the tennis courts were near our room since we were traveling with kids. We all took full advantage in the evenings with some pickle ball and our kids even met others in the building and started a tournament. The unit was perfect for us traveling with two families and grandparents. Elevators were quick and they did a great job keeping everything as dry as possible. Our kids (aged 4-15) also really enjoyed the slide and that the indoor/outdoor pools were close together. There was plenty of pantry space for groceries and things to be put away, but the unit could use more cookware (casserole dishes, large bowls, baking sheets) and a tankless hot water heater would be a great addition. Being a larger group, we usually cook in more often to avoid the wait times at the restaurants taking up our beach time and with so many people, someone always needed a shower. I thought I read when I booked our stay that two parking passes were included and additional ones were $55 each, but no parking passes were included. The ice maker in the room had the "needs cleaning" light already on when we arrived, but it didn't seem to cause any issues with its functionality. The front desk employees/security at the Phoenix could have been more friendly/helpful. They always seemed annoyed to have to deal with anything. We had to call down multiple times with a toilet issue before maintenance was sent to take care of it, but that's at no fault of the owners.Overall, we were extremely pleased and the condo was beautifully decorated and spacious for our group! We are excited to visit again soon!

Very cozy, beautiful, and sufficient unit/condo at the Shore of Panama. Parking garage was not user friendly or roomy enough. Wish we would have known there were only 2 spots for our 3 cars. I may have missed that in the agreement. Staff at Shores of Panama was not very friendly and seemed bothered when assistance needed. We got very vague information on the overflow parking lot which was a big inconvenience. But the views and the condo was very nice and we didn't let the negatives spoil our fun! Also, the staff used the already overcrowded elevators instead of a service elevator. More elevators would be a great addition to provide a better guest experience...we heard a lot of chatter from guests about that and the staff's attitudes. I would probably return again during less busy times.
