Had a lovely time at Katrina’s villa who is excellent to book through and communicate with . The villa is very well equipped with everything you could think of . It’s very spacious. Emerald island is in a great location for Disney. Lots of restaurants nearby and supermarkets.

Spent a great 18 days at a lovely villa at Emerald Island Resort. Villa was spacious and clean with everything we needed. The resort is one we’ve returned to as ideally located close the the parks and just off the 192 where there’s a great amount of amenities, also a very short drive from Okd Town and Celebration. Will definitely be returning

We had a wonderful long term stay (5 weeks) and greatly enjoyed the house and particularly the heated pool. The house was just as described and accommodated our large group perfectly. We had a problem with the washing machine and the owner immediately had someone come over to review the situation. When it was determined that it could not be fixed she ordered a new machine to be delivered within a couple of days. Could not have been more satisfied with the resort as well - beautiful and very well kept grounds.

We have had a great week staying in this beautiful villa. The owner was wonderful to deal with. Very informative and responsive. The villa has everything you need and more. One of our favourite villas we have stayed in here in Florida. The added bonus of course is that it is very close to Disney. We would highly recommend to others and hope to stay again ourselves.

Terry C.Lots of Room, Nice Pool, Quite Neighborhood
House has lots of room for a large group. The pool was a big hit with our granddaughter as well as the playhouse on the patio. Pictures in the listing are accurate. The Emerald Island Resort is great for walking and has a free 9-hole putt-putt course. The owner quickly responded to any issues that arose during our 3-week stay. She is very nice and the interaction were easy and friendly. The pool table and air hockey games were fun to use. The minor issues were: the lack of drawers or dressers in the bedrooms; and the couch in the lower family room was uncomfortable, but the upper family room couch was comfortable.
