The Lakehouse4 is less than 6 miles from the beaches on Anna Maria Island and about 2 miles to the beaches along the causeway in a quiet residential area close to Robinson Preserve.

This sprawling ranch style house has everything you need. The 4-bedroom/ 4 bathroom Lakehouse has 2 king beds and 2 queen beds. Every bedroom has its own TV.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. It has ample pots, pans, dishes, coffee pot, blender, juicer, slow cooker, etc. The beautiful granite dining table will seat 12 with more seating at the island. The living room has leather sofas, recliner and a 3-piece sectional which has a pull-out bed.
Off the kitchen is the billiard room which opens onto the pool deck. It is complete with pool table and corner bar .
There is a washer and dryer provided for your convenience.
Outside is over 3,000 sq. ft. of screened in living. The covered lanai has leather seating, a large dining table, double door fridge with ice and water dispenser, granite counter tops and a BBQ.
There is a bathroom complete with a large shower for when you have been to the beach.
The pool has a salt generator and is heated in the cooler months at no additional charge to you. The screened area to the left of the pool has a hot tub, lounges and seating area.
What makes the back yard unique is the large TIKI hut built on the little lake. You can enjoy your morning coffee, catch a fish, or watch the birds swim by. The Lakehouse has been set up for maximum relaxation and enjoyment.
