This complex has an olympic size pool, new state of the art pickleball and tennis courts, an exercise room and showers in the Pool House building. On the intercoastal waterfront in the back of the property, you can find a park-like setting with fishing spots, picnic tables, gas bbq grills, basketball hoop, kayak launch, cornhole games, and shuffleboard. All sports equipment can be checked out at the front office. Covered bike racks are available. Kayaks, bikes, and other recreational equipment can be rented at Mr. CB's or Siesta Key Rentals and delivered right to the property.
Boasting 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 1287 feet of interior living space, this secure elevator building condo has the utmost privacy and security. Each bedroom in this home is oversized leaving plenty of space for you and your guests. The Master bedroom has a king bed along with a day bed and en-suite bathroom, desk area, dressing area, walk-in closet, and slider doors to the lanai. The guest suite has a queen-size bed, a twin trundle bed, a walk-in closet, and access to the lanai. The kitchen has been recently updated and everything is provided to cook for your hungry family. The kitchen overlooks the dining and living area so the chef never misses any of the action. The living room is warm and inviting with 50-inch smart tv. New hurricane windows to be installed July 2025. Watch the sunrise from your private 40-foot lanai overlooking the canal and palm trees. A perfect sunny spot for your morning coffee. A short walk across the street to our private beach entrance leads you to the white quartz sand beaches of Crescent Beach. Perfect place to build sandcastles, soak in the sun and watch the sunset.
Our family has enjoyed Siesta Key as our second home for over 40 years. It is a special place everyone in the family can enjoy, from grandparents to young children. We would love to share our little piece of heaven with you!

The Anchorage is located in the South Village of Siesta Key. Boat rental, jet ski rentals, kayak/paddleboard rentals, para-sailing, and bike rentals are just across the street. Several great dining establishments are just a short stroll to the South Village, from casual dining to high-end cuisine. Several great spots for cocktails and live music. Quaint shops, ice cream parlors, and coffee shops reside in the hidden treasure of South Siesta Village. You can also hitch a ride on the Siesta Key Trolley which is a free service provided from North End Village all the way to Turtle Beach on the far south end of the key.

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay. The location made the trip. We did not have to battle the traffic getting on and off the Key when we went exploring. When we stayed everything we needed was within walking distance. The free trolley stop is right outside the main gate for when you want to venture into the village. The beach chairs/wagon and noodles were great additions. Everything you need is provided for a great vacation. They are updating the building and it really looks nice.

We had the perfect stay!! Location could not have been better! The shower was absolutely the BEST!! Updates were gorgeous!! Owner, Bruce, was super helpful and responded quickly each time I contacted him! The pool and hot tub were a life-saver due to the cold temperatures! I can't wait to get back to this place!!
