IWe visited Orlando a lots of time,We are familiar with Lake Berkley.We had always very good impresion of staying in Lake Berkley.This time we stayed in Lake berkley drive 929.We arrived at almost 03;00 am in the morning ,we lost our plane in NYork because of staying in the Immigration line about 2 and half hour.But when e arrived at Lake Berkley its something new Easy we enter the house it was cold and very clean house ,we went to sleep for a few hours.We wake up had breakfast and went back to the house .Over the house Very clean and has everything you need.We had a wonderful time and We recommemded the house f to every body.Thank you very much Mr &Mrs Brown.Our next visit will be again one the house from the Brown Family.THANKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

The villa is situated on Lake Berkeley Resort which is a lovely gated resort situated close to Walmart and many restaurants along the 192. The villa was cleaned to a high standard and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool table and the pool in the evening. Nice sunny and private outlook. We hope to stay again in the near future.

Karla was our host and she was able to help us with all of our needs. Karla - thank you for being so responsive to us. Karla ensured that we had parking passes and gate remotes for two cars.The location is within walking distance of great stores and restaurants. The complex has a nice sense of community and we felt safe at all times.The pool was not used very much because it was the winter months and the water was cooler than desired. The hot tub was used daily by us and it was a very nice amenity. The pool deck area was great for getting a tan and reading a book in the sunlight.The unit is very spacious. Two very large bedrooms and each bedroom have its own 4-piece bathroom. There is even a 3rd bathroom on the main floor - very convenient. The Master Bedroom had a very comfortable King Size bed.The TVs were smart TVs with Xfinity channels as well as streaming apps such as Disney+, Prime Video, Hulu, Peacock, Netflix, etc. Internet was also by Xfinity and it worked steadily yet was slow at loading at times.The kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge with an icemaker (yay!) and a dishwasher, stove, toaster, and even a blender and coffee maker.We met many very nice people in this part of Florida and I would be happy to stay in this unit again!

We really enjoyed our stay in February. House was very clean and roomy. Nice gated community and quiet neighborhood. Nice walking trail. House was close to many restaurants and shopping. Guest services was very helpful and pleasant with any questions and a quick response. If in the area again will definitely stay there again.

We‘ve recently spent our vacation at Villa paradiso and we couldn’t asked for more. Everything was clean, nice and well equipped. Internet was incredibly fast. You know, it was our first trip as a family with our 5 month old son and I‘m so happy for him that he’s experienced such a beautiful place on his first trip. A well-kept, gated community gives you an excellent sense of security. We found the villa well equipped and were in no need for anything. The pool is in morning to afternoon sun, which gave us a nice morning coffee and breakfast. The pool was used several times a day and was warm enough (for us) without heat due to the hours of available sunlight.Close to shopping and restaurants. Disney and its' eminities are only a short drive. We recommend this villa to couples as well as families.

Karen N.Our Wonderful Lake Berkley Vaca
We had a wonderful vacation in this home! The house fit our family perfectly, with 4 large bedrooms and 2 full baths! As we do not eat out a lot the fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed! The Pool area was of course our fav. hang out; it was perfect! All newly redone and very large! The house is in a perfect location; ponds in back yard for fishing, park next to pond, basketball and tennis courts, Walmart is right down the street, and it is minutes to all attractions, outlets, and restaurants! I highly recommend this clean, very spacious house! We are booked for Dec and again next fall!
