Johanna and Stephen thank you for visiting our website of hand-picked 5 Star quality villas. We manage the bookings for 20 private villa owners at lake Berkley Resort and we can personally assure you that you will be delighted with any of the villas offered to you.
We have many repeat guests that book more than 12 months in

All of the villas on this site have been personally vetted by us and we can assure you that they all have luxury furnishings and are in a great locations on Lake Berkley Resort
All of the villas are close to Disney in the Kissimmee area (each villa will have details of exact location).
All the villas have their own private pool, luxury furnishings, lounge with large screen TV, fully air condioned throughout, WiFi internet access, fully equipped kitchen, at least one bedroom with ensuite bathroom, washing/drying facilities and free access to all the facilities at the Resort.
Please note we have a strict policy of NO SMOKING and NO PETS in every villa featured on this website. (You may smoke on the patio outside).
Free high speed WiFi and air con throughout the villa.
Please be assured the villa you select will be the one that you are renting.
We employ a local management company to take care of each villa and they are available 24/7 to deal with any questions/issues during your visit to the villa.

Lake Berkley is a gated Resort with 24/7 security. It is close to a range of shopping and restaurants/bars, and is only a 20 minute drive to Disney.
As a guest of Lake Berkley Resort you will enjoy all these facilities free of charge: fishing (on 3 lakes), tennis court, basketball court, gym, clubhouse, Resort pool/jacussi with children’s splash pool, and running trail.

About the owner: Johanna and Stephen are a husband and wife team that manage reservations for 40+ private villa owners in the Disney Orlando area, most of these villas are listed on Florida Rentals. We have been operating now for over 15 years. We have owned a villa in Kissimmee near Disney for 20 years and know the area very well.
We will respond to your enquiry and provide a detailed quote, there are no hidden extras. Once you are happy with the quote we will send you the booking form and provide a secure way for you to pay the $150 reservation deposit.
We have many repeat guests that book more than 12 months in advance.

IWe visited Orlando a lots of time,We are familiar with Lake Berkley.We had always very good impresion of staying in Lake Berkley.This time we stayed in Lake berkley drive 929.We arrived at almost 03;00 am in the morning ,we lost our plane in NYork because of staying in the Immigration line about 2 and half hour.But when e arrived at Lake Berkley its something new Easy we enter the house it was cold and very clean house ,we went to sleep for a few hours.We wake up had breakfast and went back to the house .Over the house Very clean and has everything you need.We had a wonderful time and We recommemded the house f to every body.Thank you very much Mr &Mrs Brown.Our next visit will be again one the house from the Brown Family.THANKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

T P.Lovely Villa and Pool
The villa is situated on Lake Berkeley Resort which is a lovely gated resort situated close to Walmart and many restaurants along the 192. The villa was cleaned to a high standard and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool table and the pool in the evening. Nice sunny and private outlook. We hope to stay again in the near future.

Karla was our host and she was able to help us with all of our needs. Karla - thank you for being so responsive to us. Karla ensured that we had parking passes and gate remotes for two cars.The location is within walking distance of great stores and restaurants. The complex has a nice sense of community and we felt safe at all times.The pool was not used very much because it was the winter months and the water was cooler than desired. The hot tub was used daily by us and it was a very nice amenity. The pool deck area was great for getting a tan and reading a book in the sunlight.The unit is very spacious. Two very large bedrooms and each bedroom have its own 4-piece bathroom. There is even a 3rd bathroom on the main floor - very convenient. The Master Bedroom had a very comfortable King Size bed.The TVs were smart TVs with Xfinity channels as well as streaming apps such as Disney+, Prime Video, Hulu, Peacock, Netflix, etc. Internet was also by Xfinity and it worked steadily yet was slow at loading at times.The kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge with an icemaker (yay!) and a dishwasher, stove, toaster, and even a blender and coffee maker.We met many very nice people in this part of Florida and I would be happy to stay in this unit again!

We really enjoyed our stay in February. House was very clean and roomy. Nice gated community and quiet neighborhood. Nice walking trail. House was close to many restaurants and shopping. Guest services was very helpful and pleasant with any questions and a quick response. If in the area again will definitely stay there again.

We‘ve recently spent our vacation at Villa paradiso and we couldn’t asked for more. Everything was clean, nice and well equipped. Internet was incredibly fast. You know, it was our first trip as a family with our 5 month old son and I‘m so happy for him that he’s experienced such a beautiful place on his first trip. We had everything we need and the neighborhood was quite. We‘d love to come back soon

What can I say this is the second time I have used the villa on the lake berkley resort and I will be doing so again in the future,everyone connected with the rental of this villa gives a first class service and nothing is to much trouble.The house is spotless and is of a very high standard of decoration,the pool area and the deck is one of the biggest I have ever seen in a villa in Orlando.First class service from Stephen and his excellent team,look forward too my next visit.

A well-kept, gated community gives you an excellent sense of security. We found the villa well equipped and were in no need for anything. The pool is in morning to afternoon sun, which gave us a nice morning coffee and breakfast. The pool was used several times a day and was warm enough (for us) without heat due to the hours of available sunlight.Close to shopping and restaurants. Disney and its' eminities are only a short drive. We recommend this villa to couples as well as families.

Karen N.Our Wonderful Lake Berkley Vaca
We had a wonderful vacation in this home! The house fit our family perfectly, with 4 large bedrooms and 2 full baths! As we do not eat out a lot the fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed! The Pool area was of course our fav. hang out; it was perfect! All newly redone and very large! The house is in a perfect location; ponds in back yard for fishing, park next to pond, basketball and tennis courts, Walmart is right down the street, and it is minutes to all attractions, outlets, and restaurants! I highly recommend this clean, very spacious house! We are booked for Dec and again next fall!
