Our rental has been freshly updated and includes Queen size beds in the Master bedroom on main floor and in 2 bedrooms upstairs.
A smaller bedroom on main floor has a futon.
Full bath on main floor and a half bath upstairs.
Kitchen with large island is equipped with all prep and cooking needs with counter top stove and double wall ovens. Dishwasher and garbage disposal with double door refrigerator and a coffee/refreshment nook provide a easy set up for any gathering,
A deck is off kitchen for outdoor grilling and relaxing. A sunroom next to the car port offers a relaxing spot to enjoy the morning cup of coffee while the sun comes up.
A spacious yard provides for outdoor activities of choice.

Pensacola Beach is 20 minutes away.
Downtown provides a variety of activities.
Navy Museum is always a must see place as well as Joe Patti's fresh fish market.

About the owner: My husband, Dave, and I moved to Pensacola from Wisconsin. We purchased my Grandparents property, on my mother's side of the family after my Uncle passed.
We had an opportunity this past year to purchase my cousin's property, which is right next door to us.
Why this property? We both fell in love with Pensacola on previous trips from Wisconsin.
Besides enjoying the beach, we really loved the Navy Museum, and other local attractions. Choices for dining in this area are fabulous along with shopping needs. Pensacola also has a wonderful selection of churches to attend if so desired.
It is nice to live where my Mother grew up and met my Dad while he was in the Navy.
Being creative Wisconsinites, it's been fun giving our new property a "facelift" so it is updated for our guests.

We could not wish for a better home to rent for a week vacation in Pensacola! This home is located in a quiet area of town. There is little traffic and a large carport can shelter a vehicle from the elements, especially the Sun. As a group of five adults, we had plenty of room. The house was very comfortable and clean. The owners were very organized and prepared the house with everything we needed. A very large kitchen wit a lot of counter space. There were a coffee machine, spices, all kind of kitchen utensils, anything one can think of to cook and save money on restaurants. The bedrooms were neat with good beds. There were plenty of towels, soap etc. There was excellent communication with the Land Lady. Everything was just great and the price was affordable.

I loved this house, it was perfect for the family. Very spacious kitchen fully stocked with all the comforts of home. Cook, eat out, or grill. The beds were very comfortable. It was so nice to come back to after a day at the beach and be able to sit on the couch and relax. A smart TV that has all the latest apps like Disney+ for the kids. Plenty of hot water for back to back showers. Loved being able to wash all the beach towels before going home. The landlords were a really nice couple, who lived next door, so helpful if you needed anything. I just loved this vacation rental.
