The home offers a private swimming pool with spa. There is 75' of deep water dockage which offers a straight shot out to the Ocean or Boot Key Harbor. Great kayaking location. Situated only 300 feet from Sisters Creek, where you can access many great restaurants by boat, as well as gas stations and bait shops. There is a fish cleaning station with water and power access on the dock. Just a few hundred feet from the infamous paddle trails of boot key which offers everything from easy to very adventuresome kayak trips. House has 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms including an independent 1 bedroom 1 bathroom downstairs. House is perfect for families and groups of all ages. Room Downstairs is perfect for those traveling with different age groups and offers privacy.
Boats Kayak's and Golf Cart available for rent upon request through our local companies to facilitate the transaction with them being delivered to the property before arrival.

Our family stayed for a week here & It was absolutely perfect. The place was clean & well kept. The beach area is wonderful. There is very little traffic on the streets and most areas have a run/walk lane. We were able to meet Frank during our stay. He was so helpful with recommendations for the area. He is such a friendly and helpful host. We will definitely rent here again on any future trips to the Keys.

We just had a great week in Marathon at Breezy Palms. The house was perfect...size, amenities, location, etc. The pool was a great afternoon hangout after mid-morning at Sombrero Beach. Our host, Frank, was very helpful, quick to respond and overall a great person to work with all around. He hooked us up with a golf cart rental for the week that was outstanding. We also rented a pontoon boat for a couple days - what a blast! Hit the Sunset Grill, Island Fish House and Burdines for some great meals. We had six in our party and we had plenty of room for everyone. What a great house and vacation. Thanks Frank!

Kimberly K.November Getaway
A great place to stay! We had a group of six guests with varied interests. Many of us loved to fish and enjoyed spending mornings fishing in the canal and watching the manatees. We all enjoyed the pool and whirlpool and riding around in the golf cart checking the local sites. The home was very nice. My husband and I stayed in the downstairs apartment and the other two couples stayed in the upstairs home. We all enjoyed meals and games together each day in the kitchen and dining room. A lot of time was spent on the wonderful screened in balcony. Would definitely recommend this home to others and hope to stay there again soon! Thank you to Frank, who was in constant contact with us, making sure our stay was great.

Frank's home is awesome. My family and I had a great vacation in the house. The location was great, across from a golf course so my husband could golf and we had kayaks so a quick ride to the beach and two minutes away from all the stores so easy to pick up food and cook in. The heated pool was a plus as our kids lived in the pool. We had such an amazing time. We can’t wait to come back!!!!

Thank u Frank for making our stay so AWESOME!!! My family and I had the best vacation ever in ur beautiful home. The location was amazing. The dock was perfect for our 2 boats. The heated pool was a plus. Ur location was perfect. Never imagined there was so much to do in Marathon. Great restaurants near by too. We played goldfish snd went to the beach a couple times. Thank you for renting your kayaks and golf cart to us. We had such an amazing time. We can’t wait to come back next year!!!!

Our vacation was a dream come true the house had all the amenities, clean and beautifully decorated and do much more. We loved the pool and and dock and how close the house was to do many wonderful restaurants and shopping and also to the beach. Me and my family loved it we are coming back again.
